Update 1, named Warriors Saga, is the largest content addition to Anime Expeditions since launch and leans heavily on a Dragon Ball Z theme. It adds six units, a Tower game mode, the East Town map, a new West City Expedition, Auto Play, an eleven-event rotation, and a fresh batch of equipment and cosmetics.

You know the Secret unlock worked when the East Town NPC questline shows as complete and Prodigy (Rage) is added to your collection. If it does not appear, the questline still has outstanding objectives to finish.
East Town map
East Town is a new map that runs as Story, Infinite, and Mastery. It introduces two new Quest NPCs, and completing their questline is the only route to the new Secret unit. The Featured Gamemode panel lists Prodigy (Rage) as the Story reward, so this is the map to prioritize for collection progress.
Tower game mode
Tower is an endless-floor mode where enemy resistances are randomized as you climb. It supports both Traits and Traitless play and hands out milestone rewards along the way.
The mode also carries an exclusive seasonal unit plus seasonal leaderboards. Rankings track Shiny units, skins, and titles, giving endgame players a competitive target that resets on a seasonal cycle.
West City Expedition and new nodes
Expeditions gain a new map, West City Expedition, alongside a new Encounter node type. The mode also adds new building materials and upgrades, a Payload Skin feature, and a refreshed M.A.S.T.R.R. event for players who focus on base-building runs.
Auto Play
Auto Play is a quality-of-life system that places units for you during routine farming. It supports general settings and per-slot settings, and you can save and load presets so repeat runs no longer require manual setup each time.
Event rotation and start dates
Eleven events make up the Warriors Saga rotation. Dragon’s Wish delivers daily quests and rewards, an exclusive Wish Dragon mount, a free Unbound Trait, and Event Coins. Boss Bounty rolls randomized daily bosses with changing stages, difficulty, resistances, and modifiers, and you can spend Gold to reroll for better rewards. Guess That Unit! is a daily Normal and Hard minigame that pays out Event Coins.
