Palworld: How to Build Bellanoir Libero for Hard-Mode Tower Bosses

The full party, passives, poison loadout, and swap rotation that clears every hard-mode tower fight without changing gear.

The full party, passives, poison loadout, and swap rotation that clears every hard-mode tower fight without changing gear.

Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero carry the highest base attack stats in Palworld 1.0, and pairing them lets you spam a 600-power Dark skill on repeat. The build turns that raw damage into a repeatable rotation that clears every hard-mode tower boss using a single fixed team and loadout.

Quick answer: Run Bellanoir and Bellanoir Libero as your damage pair, back them with Shroomer Noct, Prixter, and Orserk, apply Poison with a Poison Crossbow or Three-Shot Bow, stack Orserk’s buff to 30 with the Drone Launcher, then swap between the two Bellanoirs to fire Nightmare Bloom on near-zero cooldown.

The five-Pal party and player loadout

The team splits into two damage dealers and three support Pals that never leave their spheres. Each supporter contributes a partner skill that either boosts your damage, weakens the boss, or stacks attack on your active Pal.

PalRolePartner skill effect
BellanoirDamageNightmare Iris — casts Nightmare Bloom on the target
Bellanoir LiberoDamageNightmare Stare — Nightmare Bloom deals x2.5 damage when this Pal casts it
Shroomer NoctSupportGrinning Death — cuts a poisoned boss’s attack power by 80% at level 5
PrixterSupportPhantom Venom — raises damage against poisoned enemies by 65% at level 5
OrserkSupportFerocious Thunder Dragon — +5% attack and defense per bullet hit, up to 30 stacks (150%)

Your own gear stays the same across every fight. You need a Katress Ring, a Crossbow and a Three-Shot Bow, both loaded with Poison, and a Drone Launcher.

Poison Crossbow / Three-Shot BowApplies the Poison status that triggers Prixter and Shroomer Noct’s buffs

Why the two Bellanoirs carry the damage

Both Pals share the same exclusive Dark skills, Nightmare Ray and Nightmare Bloom, each with a base power of 600. When a Bellanoir casts either skill on its own, the hit gains a 2.5x damage multiplier. That multiplier, stacked on the game’s top attack stat, is what powers the whole rotation.

At level 80, a Bellanoir reaches roughly 10,180 HP, 6,566 Attack, and 2,597 Defense, so the pair survives and hits hard at the same time. The gold passives keep both damage and survivability high.

Passive skillEffect
Siren of the Void+30% Dark attack damage and +30% Ice attack damage
God of Destruction+15% Attack and +15% Defense
Diamond Body+12.5% Defense, immune to flinch and knockback
ImmortalityLife Steal +7%, auto health regen +200%, Attack +10%

Poison and Burn deal almost no direct damage to tower bosses, dropping to around 1.5% over their full duration. In this build, Poison is not for damage. It exists purely to switch on Prixter’s 65% damage boost and Shroomer Noct’s 80% attack reduction.

The boss-fight rotation

Enter the arena and immediately send out your active Bellanoir. Sending out a Pal resets the boss’s aggro onto that Pal, so the boss commits to your tank while you set up.

Shoot the boss with the Poison Crossbow or Poison Three-Shot Bow to apply the Poison status. This activates Prixter’s damage amplification and Shroomer Noct’s attack reduction at the same time.
Switch to the Drone Launcher and fire on the boss. The rapid hits build Orserk’s stacking buff to the full 30 stacks, handing your active Pal +150% attack and defense.
Trigger the active Bellanoir’s partner skill, Nightmare Iris or Nightmare Stare. Activate it the moment the attack animation begins so the cooldown timer starts as early as possible.
Swap to the other Bellanoir and fire its Nightmare Bloom while the first Pal’s skill is still on cooldown. Rotating between the two keeps a high-power Dark hit landing almost continuously.

Tip: Using a partner skill also resets aggro to the Pal, so alternating between the two Bellanoirs keeps the boss focused on your Pals rather than on you.

How you know the clear worked

When a tower boss dies, a yellow BOSS ELIMINATED banner appears on screen, followed by a defeat notification such as “Bellanoir Libero defeated Saya & Selyne!” Hard-mode clears also drop a Training Crystal, so seeing that item added confirms the fight counted.

If your damage suddenly stalls, the usual causes are a Poison effect that has worn off, dropping both support buffs, or Orserk’s stacks resetting after a swap. Reapply Poison and rebuild the Drone Launcher stacks before continuing the Bellanoir rotation.

Because the multipliers come from status effects and buff stacks rather than element matching, the same team clears grass, dragon, flying, and dual-type bosses without any swaps. Set the party once, keep Poison up, and let the two Bellanoirs trade Nightmare Bloom hits until the boss falls.
