Stellar Swirl is the upgraded form of Cryo Swirl in Genshin Impact. It only appears when the party holds a character with a Stellar Linchpin who can convert the ordinary reaction into its Snezhnayan version. The Mizuki lineup leans on her on-field Stellar Swirl nukes while Odette supplies Cryo and a Stellar damage buff, and Sucrose stacks Elemental Mastery. A double-Cryo variant with Diona at C6 gives nearly the same result thanks to her Elemental Mastery buff, plus Cryo Resonance. Mixing in Electro for Stellar-Conduct
