Wish Orb 5 in Anime Expeditions is not a ball you pick up on the map. It unlocks once you clear a set of quests tied to the Dragon’s Wish event, and it counts toward the free Unbound Trait for a Dragon unit and the Fierce Dragon flying mount you get for collecting all seven orbs.
Quick answer: Open the Events tab, go to Dragon’s Wish, and finish all seven Orb 5 quests. The orb becomes claimable the moment the last quest is done.
Every quest needed to unlock Wish Orb 5
There are seven tasks on the Orb 5 page. A few finish on their own during normal play, while the Expedition-based ones take the most active effort. Here is the full list and what each one asks of you.

Unlock East Town in Expedition first
Three of the seven quests depend on East Town being available in Expedition mode. The boss node and the two encounter tasks all live there, so getting that map open removes the biggest roadblock.
Note: Encounter nodes do not appear on every refresh, so completing five of them plus finding The Drink can take a while. Running the map with strong units speeds each attempt.
Clearing the easier quests
The remaining tasks stack up during ordinary play. The daily challenge finishes as soon as you claim any daily, and the Guess That Unit! win on Hard mode takes only a few minutes once you know the answers.
Rolling 100 traits is the most resource-heavy of the simple quests because each reroll costs Trait Crystals. Redeeming active Anime Expeditions codes gives you extra crystals to burn through the count faster. For the Dragon evolution quest, make sure the unit you evolve is actually a Dragon type, since other unit evolutions will not register.
How to confirm Wish Orb 5 is yours
Once all seven quests read as complete on the Orb 5 page, the orb moves into the redeem section of the Dragon’s Wish event. Claim the rewards there to lock it in. Every quest along the way also hands out Event Coins, Trait Crystals, and rerolls.
Wish Orb 5 only shows in your redeem list after its quests are finished, so if it is missing, a task is still incomplete. With all seven orbs collected, head to the Events tab, open Dragon’s Wish, and press Redeem Wish to claim the Unbound Trait for a Dragon unit and the Fierce Dragon flying mount.
