Honkai Star Rail 4.5 adds four Light Cones to the pool. Two are 5-star signatures tied to the new units Robin Summeretto and Aventurine Waveflair, and the other two are 4-stars covering the Elation and The Hunt Paths. Each has a different source, so knowing where to pull or which event to finish matters if you want a specific one.
Quick answer: Pull Rise and Sing from the Brilliant Fixation banner in the first half of 4.5, Summer Rides the Surf from the Brilliant Fixation banner in the second half, A Little Getaway from any Light Cone banner in the first half, and earn Race to the Horizon by completing the Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix event mission.
All four Honkai Star Rail 4.5 Light Cones and their sources
Two of these cones are locked behind limited-time warps and require Star Rail Special Passes. One is a bonus 4-star that shows up on Light Cone banners, and the last is a free reward from an event mission. Here is how each one lines up.
| Light Cone | Rarity | Path | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rise and Sing | 5-star | Remembrance | Brilliant Fixation banner, first half of 4.5 |
| Summer Rides the Surf | 5-star | Elation | Brilliant Fixation banner, second half of 4.5 |
| A Little Getaway | 4-star | Elation | Any Light Cone banner, first half of 4.5 |
| Race to the Horizon | 4-star | The Hunt | Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix event mission |

Add to Google Preferences →Rise and Sing (Robin Summeretto signature)
Rise and Sing is the Remembrance-Path signature for Robin Summeretto. At Superimposition 1 it raises the wearer’s Max HP by 30%. After the wearer uses their Ultimate, it recovers a Skill Point for all allies. When the wearer enters combat, their action is advanced by 30% and they gain New Melody for two turns, and while New Melody is active every ally’s SPD increases by 20%.
You can only get this cone from the Brilliant Fixation banner during the first half of version 4.5. It is a limited-time warp, so you spend Star Rail Special Passes to pull it.

Summer Rides the Surf (Aventurine Waveflair signature)
Summer Rides the Surf is the Elation-Path signature for Aventurine Waveflair. At Superimposition 1 it increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 18%. Using an Elation Skill grants Updraft, which raises SPD by 20%. If that Elation Skill is different from the last one used, the wearer also gains Uptrend, which raises Elation by 36%. A Skill Point is recovered at the start of every wave, or after the wearer uses an Elation Skill three times.
This cone appears on the Brilliant Fixation warp during the second half of version 4.5. As with Rise and Sing, it is a 5-star limited-time pull that costs Star Rail Special Passes.

A Little Getaway (4-star Elation cone)
A Little Getaway is one of the two new 4-star cones and follows the Elation Path. At Superimposition 1 it increases the wearer’s Elation by 20%, and when the wearer uses an Elation Skill it ignores 8% of the target’s DEF.
You can obtain it by pulling on any Light Cone banner during the first half of version 4.5. Because 4-stars have a higher drop rate, you are likely to pick up copies for Superimposition while chasing the featured 5-star.
Race to the Horizon (free event cone)
Race to the Horizon is a 4-star cone on The Hunt Path that unlocks once version 4.5 goes live. At Superimposition 1 it increases the wearer’s ATK by 12%. After the wearer uses a Follow-Up ATK, their CRIT DMG rises by 3% for two turns, and this effect stacks up to 10 times.
To claim it, complete the Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix event mission. Meeting the event’s extra requirements also awards Superimposition materials, so you can rank the cone up without spending on banners.

Only the Light Cone’s matching Path unlocks its passive ability, so Rise and Sing rewards a Remembrance user, Summer Rides the Surf and A Little Getaway suit Elation units, and Race to the Horizon fits The Hunt characters. If you are aiming for a specific cone, plan your Special Passes around the correct half of the version, and set aside time for the Overdrive: Whirlwind Grand Prix mission to grab the free Hunt cone.
