Cool Mint Cookie is the first new Cookie to join Cookie Run: Crumble after its global launch, arriving in the August 13, 2026 update. She is an SSR Water Charge Cookie who was teased before release but left out of the 69-Cookie starting roster, which is why older lists still tag her as upcoming. She is now fully obtainable in the game.

Quick answer: Cool Mint Cookie is an SSR Water Charge with a knock-away attack and a skull summon. Devsisters has not published her damage values, cooldown, or Synergies, so there is no reliable way to rank her yet. Hold pulls until her numbers appear on the in-game data screen unless you specifically want an early SSR Charge.

Her core stats are confirmed straight from the August 13 patch notes. She is a Charge Cookie, which the game also labels as a Vanguard role, and Charge is the most crowded class in the game with 19 of the 69 launch Cookies. That means she enters an already busy slot.

Implant Excavation skill

Her skill is Implant Excavation. Cool Mint drills into the ground, knocks nearby enemies away while dealing damage, and summons skulls from the excavated ground. That is the full official description of what the skill does.

Two mechanical points matter here. The knock-away is displacement, and in an auto-battler that pushing effect changes whether your front line stays locked onto enemies. Depending on the rest of your team, it can either help by resetting a swarm or hurt by scattering targets your carries were about to hit.

The skull summon is the more interesting part. Summons scale with Skill AMP, and the same August 13 update fixed a bug where Skill AMP was not being applied to Summons at all. With that fix in place, Skill AMP now raises a summon’s ATK, DEF, and HP, so her skulls benefit from that stat.

What Devsisters has not published

Her kit description is confirmed, but the numbers that decide her value are not. Devsisters did not release her damage percentages, her cooldown, or the Synergies she grants and receives. Every other Cookie lists a cooldown because the in-game data screen shows one, so hers stays blank until it can be read directly in the game.

Note: The game’s catalogue displays full stats and skill values for Cookies you do not own. Once her page populates there, you can check her exact drill and skull numbers before committing resources.

Early placements treat her as a solid but unproven pick rather than a must-have. In PvE waves she lands in the A tier, described as a Cookie that can be strong in one specific slot but is often gated by a role you may already have filled. In the Arena she drops to the bottom tier, because PvP Cookies are far more durable and her damage struggles to land before it gets deleted.

Some tier lists leave her placement blank on purpose. A grade assigned on release day, before anyone has her damage numbers, is a guess wearing a letter. Treat any early ranking of her as provisional.

She was added in the August 13 update, so she is live in the game now. Devsisters’ notice did not specify the exact banner or pull rate, so the authoritative place to check her availability is the in-game gacha screen. Confirm the current banner there before spending Crystals.

Cool Mint is the action lead of the Implant Order, the field member who leaps toward any whiff of expensive ore and digs without hesitation. Her mining theme lines up with the Rune Crystal Dungeon introduced in the same update, where you fight the White Sugar Guardian for Rune Crystals.

The Order’s strategist, Devil’s Tooth Cookie, handles its planning and has not been released yet. Devsisters ships new Cookies on a roughly two-week cycle but has never announced the running order in advance, so there is no confirmed date for that Cookie’s release.

Should you pull for her?

An SSR Charge with displacement and a summon is a real kit, not filler, so she is worth considering if you want another Water-element Charge for your roster. But Charge is already the deepest class in the game, and without her damage values there is no honest way to say she beats what you already have built.

The safest approach is to wait until her cooldown and damage numbers show in the catalogue, then compare her against your existing Charge Cookies before spending. If you enjoy the character or need to fill that slot right now, she is a reasonable pull. If you are chasing raw efficiency, hold until her numbers are confirmed.
