How to reach Tempest Federation (World 14)
Tempest Federation is the new World 14 and the home of every Update 10 system. To unlock it, you must finish the Z City quests first. Once those are complete, teleport to World 14 and explore the map to find the new side quest that ties into Tempest Progression.
The update also raises the player level cap to 200, an increase of 15, and adds nine new global quests, four new range levels, and the Slime Relic.
New systems in Update 10
Update 10 layers several new buff systems on top of your existing fighters and pets. Here is what each one does and how it affects your stats.

Primordial Demons and their rarities
Primordial Demons roll across a full rarity ladder, from Common up to Divine. Higher rarities scale their passive boost further, so the goal is to roll toward the top of this list.

How to get Runes in the Tower
Runes come from the new Tower game mode. A rune’s rarity depends on the highest floor you reach, climbing all the way to Divine at Floor 80.
Exclusive shop pets and mounts
The Update 10 shop stocks new Slime-themed pets and mounts bought with F2P and P2W tickets. The Update 10 Bundle unlocks the Divine pet Raphael, while Mount Bundle 2 delivers the new Slime and Rimuru Wings mounts.

New mounts include Slime, Rimuru Wings, and Filo, all at Mythical rarity. After buying a new pet such as Raphael, you can roll its passives and rename it with Magicales for a permanent multiplier bump.
