Sigrid is an S-Rank Ice Attack Agent built around a single idea: lock the enemy down, buff into the window, and dump her escalating Converging Spear sequence for a massive burst. Her damage output depends heavily on who stands beside her, and she has a hard team requirement baked into her kit. Get the pairing right and she becomes one of the strongest on-field Ice carries in the roster.
Quick answer: Run Sigrid + Norma + Sunna for the strongest team. Swap Norma for Dialyn if you prefer an Ultimate-conversion playstyle, or drop to Sigrid + Lycaon + Rina for a free-to-play version. Always include at least one Stun or Support Agent so her Additional Ability stays active.

Why Sigrid needs a Stun and a Support
Sigrid’s Additional Ability only fires when your squad contains a Stun character or a Support character. Meet that condition and she gains a 45% damage boost. This is the reason every recommended team follows the same shape: Sigrid as the on-field carry, one Stunner to open the daze window, and one Support to buff her right before she bursts.
Her biggest damage comes from Stage 3 of Basic Attack: Converging Spear and from her Chain Attack landing on a Stunned Elite or Boss. When her Chain Attack hits a stunned target for the first time during a Stun window, it triggers Formation Breaker, which stops Aerial Patrol Spear from losing duration so she can run all three stages without interruption. A reliable Stunner is what makes that window happen on schedule.
Because of this, Sigrid + Support + Support is not viable. She needs the enemy stunned consistently, so at least one true Stun Agent belongs in the lineup. If your options are thin, Sigrid + Stun + Stun still works better than doubling up on Supports.

Add to Google Preferences →Best Sigrid team comp: Sigrid + Norma + Sunna
This is the top setup. Norma is an excellent Stunner and Sub-DPS with minimal field time, which lets Sigrid stay on the field where she does her work. Norma builds Daze quickly and helps Sigrid trigger her Chain Attack often, and her longer stun duration extends the window Sigrid burns her Converging Spear stages inside.
Sunna is the standout Support here. She provides up to 1050 ATK and increases enemies’ Stun DMG Multiplier by 30%. That Stun DMG Multiplier is the key detail. It scales both Norma’s stun contribution and Sigrid’s burst, which is exactly why Sunna edges out other buffers for this team.
If you don’t have Sunna, other Support Agents fit with some caveats.
| Support | What it brings | Caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Sunna | Up to 1050 ATK, +30% Stun DMG Multiplier | Best-in-slot; no real downside |
| Astra Yao | Team ATK, DMG, and Crit DMG buffs | No Stun DMG Multiplier; Sigrid’s own ATK sources cause diminishing returns |
| Rina | PEN Ratio buff, which is rare | Wants at least M1 (ideally M4) plus her signature W-Engine, Weeping Cradle |
Astra Yao raises the team’s ATK, DMG, and Crit DMG, which sounds ideal, but Sigrid already stacks ATK from her own Additional Ability. Extra ATK on top of that runs into diminishing returns, so Astra Yao contributes less than her reputation suggests here. Rina sidesteps that problem by handing out a PEN Ratio buff instead, though she only shines with investment.
Note: If Norma is unavailable, Sigrid + Nangong Yu + Sunna is another strong version. Nangong Yu is tuned specifically for Sunna’s team, so do not pair him with other Support Agents.

Sigrid + Dialyn + Sunna: The Ultimate-conversion route
Dialyn is the alternative Stunner if you don’t own Norma, and this team hits just as hard in the right hands. The complication is that Dialyn converts a Chain Attack into an Ultimate, so you have to make sure Sigrid still gets her own Chain Attack during the swap window. Casual players will find Norma far easier to pilot.
To land both Sigrid’s converted Ultimate and her Chain Attack, use a sequence like this:
- Trigger the Chain Attack QTE.
- Swap to Sigrid for a converted Ultimate from Dialyn.
- End the Chain Attack.
- Trigger the QTE again with a character other than Sigrid.
- Use Sigrid’s Chain Attack.
Since Sigrid’s Ultimate counts as an Unbridled Spear attack, chaining the Ultimate and the Chain Attack keeps her rotation smooth and stacks Converging Spear quickly. One important build change comes with Dialyn: this pairing works better with the 4-piece Puffer Electro set instead of 4-piece Dawn’s Bloom or 4-piece Hormone Punk, because Sigrid gains a lot from the Ultimate DMG Bonus and ATK buff after casting her Ultimate.

F2P Sigrid team: Sigrid + Lycaon + Rina
If you have neither Norma nor Dialyn, this is your reliable free-to-play answer. Lycaon isn’t as explosive as the premium Stunners, but he’s a dependable on-field Stunner who applies a 25% Ice DMG RES reduction and a +35% Stun DMG Multiplier. Both effects feed directly into Sigrid’s Ice burst.
For the Support slot, Rina works, and so do Soukaku or Nicole. Soukaku brings ATK and Ice DMG buffs, while Nicole applies a short DEF shred that lines up neatly with Sigrid’s small burst window.
Alternative Stunners for Sigrid
Sigrid is flexible enough to slot into several Stunners if you want to upgrade past Lycaon without going full premium. Each brings something different to her Ice burst pattern.
| Stunner | Contribution |
|---|---|
| Norma | Top pick; fast Daze, minimal field time, longer stun duration for Sigrid to exploit |
| Dialyn | Converts Chain Attack into Ultimate; needs careful sequencing to keep Sigrid’s Chain Attack |
| Lycaon | Reliable on-field stun, 25% Ice DMG RES reduction, +35% Stun DMG Multiplier |
| Trigger | Off-field Stunner with minimal field time; +35% Stun DMG Multiplier |
| Lighter | Reduces enemy Ice RES and increases Sigrid’s Ice DMG |
| Ju Fufu | Raises Crit DMG, Chain Attack DMG, Ultimate DMG; lifts team Decibel capacity to 4,000 |
| Qingyi | Up to +80% Stun DMG Multiplier with huge Daze, but demands heavy field time |
Qingyi delivers the highest Stun DMG Multiplier of the group and stuns fast, so on paper she’s the best stun tool. The catch is her field time. Sigrid is a selfish, on-field DPS who wants the stage to herself, so a Stunner that hogs the field competes with Sigrid’s own rotation. That’s why off-field or fast-acting Stunners like Norma and Trigger tend to feel smoother in practice.

Best Bangboo for Sigrid
Ultra Jake is currently Sigrid’s best Bangboo. He’s a Roscaelifer-specific unit, and Sigrid belongs to that faction, so his ability triggers as long as you field one Roscaelifer Agent. Outside of him, your best Bangboo depends on the rest of the team, with support-oriented options such as Snap offering a small DMG bonus.
How to confirm the team is set up correctly
The check is simple. When Sigrid’s Additional Ability is active, a smiley face icon appears next to her name in the party screen, confirming her 45% damage bonus is live. That only happens with a Stun or Support Agent in the squad, so if the icon is missing, your third slot is the problem.
In combat, you know the rotation is landing when your Chain Attack connects with a Stunned Elite or Boss and Sigrid enters Formation Breaker, letting her run all three Converging Spear stages without the state expiring. Save her strongest hits for that stun window, keep Aerial Patrol Spear refreshed with Unbridled Spear attacks between stages, and the team is doing its job.
