The Borderlands section of the Fortnite Item Shop is stocked again, and this time it leads with something new. Lilith joins the Mayhem set as a fresh outfit alongside the Siren Wings back bling, while Psycho Bandit and Mad Moxxi rotate back in for players who missed earlier windows.
Quick answer: Open the Shop tab in Fortnite, scroll to the Borderlands row, and buy Lilith for 1,500 V-Bucks, the Psycho Bandit bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks, or Mad Moxxi for 1,500 V-Bucks on her own. Mad Moxxi leaves the shop on September 6 at 02:00 UTC.

The Psycho Buzz Axes pickaxe and the Claptrap back bling are not sold separately. Both come only inside the 2,000 V-Bucks Psycho Bandit bundle, which also contains the outfit itself.
How to buy the Borderlands skins in Fortnite
Lilith skin styles and the Siren Wings back bling
Lilith is the first genuinely new Borderlands character to join the roster since the collaboration began, and her item description reads “Phasing a moon takes a lot out of you.” She ships with two styles. The default look keeps the rugged, cel-shaded Borderlands treatment with heavy outlines, while the Gradient style drops the comic-book linework for a more grounded finish that sits closer to Fortnite’s own art style.
A separate Tattoo Glow toggle controls her signature blue Siren markings. Turning it on lights the tattoos across her arm and torso; turning it off leaves the ink flat. The toggle works independently of the style choice, so you can run the realistic Gradient version with the glow still active.
Siren Wings is sold on its own for 400 V-Bucks and carries the tagline “Become the Firehawk.” It is a standard back bling slot item, so it can be equipped on any outfit in your Locker rather than being locked to Lilith.
Psycho Bandit bundle contents
Psycho Bandit is the oldest item in the set. It was released in the Fortnite store on August 27, 2019 and added to Battle Royale on November 20, 2019 during Chapter 1 Season 10. Its description is a simple “Heyo!”
The skin spent 1,794 days out of rotation at one point, which is what turned it into a genuinely scarce cosmetic. That gap has closed considerably since, and the outfit has now hit the shop 32 times in total, with its previous appearance running across mid-July 2026.
The 2,000 V-Bucks bundle is the only route to the skin. It packs the outfit, the Claptrap back bling and the dual Psycho Buzz Axes harvesting tool. There is no separate listing for either accessory.
Mad Moxxi bundle and the Shader Off style
Mad Moxxi was added to Battle Royale on July 29, 2025 during Chapter 6 Season 3 and first hit the store on September 21, 2025. Her description is “Serving top shelf hospitality and heart breaks.” This marks her 18th appearance in the shop.
She has two styles. The default keeps the black inner linework and outlines that define the Borderlands look, and the Shader Off variant strips those outlines away so the model blends with Fortnite’s regular cosmetics. Buying the outfit alone costs 1,500 V-Bucks; the 2,000 V-Bucks bundle adds Moxxi’s Tip Jar back bling and the Underdome Megaphone pickaxe.
Note: The Mad Moxxi listing is timed. It leaves the shop on 09/06 at 02:00 UTC, so the individual outfit and the bundle both stop being purchasable at that point.
Her signature emote, Moxxi’s Lip Service, is a separate 300 V-Bucks purchase and is not folded into the bundle. It plays out as the character catching a glowing pink heart, kissing it, dropping it and stomping it into pieces.
Getting the Mad Moxxi Bundle through Borderlands 4
There is a second path to the Mad Moxxi Bundle that skips V-Bucks entirely. Buying Borderlands 4 on the Epic Games Store grants the bundle in Fortnite at no extra cost, and the offer runs until 11:59 pm ET on September 12, 2026.
Two conditions decide whether it lands. You must be signed in with the same Epic account your Fortnite profile uses, and the promotion only covers the PC version sold through the Epic Games Store. Console purchases on Xbox or PS5 do not qualify.
The bundle delivered this way contains the Mad Moxxi outfit with its Shader Off variant, Moxxi’s Tip Jar back bling and the Underdome Megaphone pickaxe. It appears in your Locker automatically the next time you load Fortnite.
One caveat worth knowing before you try it. Refunding the game removes the bundle from your Locker, so buying and cancelling is not a workaround.
Wraps and the rest of the Mayhem set
Three manufacturer-themed weapon wraps round out the promo at 500 V-Bucks each. Torgue, Maliwan and Jakobs each apply their brand’s colour scheme and markings to weapons and vehicles.
The wider Mayhem set holds 16 cosmetics in total, so anything you pick up now sits alongside items from earlier crossovers. The Diamond Pony glider, carried over from the Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands partnership, is the set’s only glider, and neither the Psycho Bandit nor the Mad Moxxi bundle includes one.
If you are weighing which route to take, the maths is straightforward. The Mad Moxxi bundle saves 600 V-Bucks against buying her outfit, back bling and pickaxe individually, while Psycho Bandit offers no cheaper option at all. Lilith and Siren Wings are priced apart, so you can take the outfit without the wings if the back bling does not fit your Locker.
