Forsaken’s Summer Games event runs on a battle-pass style track, and the whole thing hinges on two numbers: Summer XP, which pushes you through tiers, and Tix, which you actually spend to claim the skins sitting on those tiers. Both come from playing matches. Neither is handed out for logging in.
Quick answer: Open the Summer Games menu from the icon on the left side of the lobby screen, read the active objectives, then complete them or win rounds. Objectives and round wins pay Summer XP and Tix, and Tix is the currency you spend to unlock each of the 12 tier rewards.
How to earn Summer XP and Tix in Forsaken
There are exactly two sources: completing the event objectives listed in the Summer Games menu, and winning rounds. Objectives rotate, and they cover both sides of the match, so you are not locked into playing survivor or killer to make progress.
Objectives seen on the board so far give a good sense of the range you should expect:

How to open the Summer Games menu and check your progress
If a match ends and neither the XP fraction nor the Tix counter moves, the objective you were chasing did not complete. The usual reasons are simple: the win streak broke, you died instead of escaping, or you were playing a character that cannot perform the listed action.
Tier rewards and their Tix costs
The event pass has 12 tiers, and the rewards are mostly character skins. XP unlocks access to a tier; Tix is what you hand over to claim the item. Costs climb steeply toward the top of the track.

Buying Tix with Robux in the Tix Shop
If you would rather not grind objectives, Tix can be bought outright. Click the “+” icon next to the Tix counter in the Summer Games panel to open the TIX SHOP, which lists four bundles.
Bundles start at 800 Tix and go up to 20,000 Tix, with Robux prices of 99, 399, 799, and 1,999. The mid-range bundle carries a POPULAR PACK label and the 20,000 Tix option is the ULTIMATE PACK.
Note: buying Tix only covers the spending half of the pass. It does not add Summer XP, so tier progression still comes from playing.
Weekly reward drops and how long the event lasts
The Summer Games update went live on August 29th, 2026 as version 5.1.0, and the reward pool is not static. New rewards arrive each week across a three-week window, so checking back matters if you want the full set of skins.
The Roblox event listing runs the Summer Games from Saturday, August 29th at 8:00 PM through Saturday, October 3rd at 8:00 PM. That is the outer boundary for spending Tix, not for earning it, so leaving a large Tix balance unspent near the end is the main way players lose value here.
Summer XP is separate from character EXP
Forsaken’s normal progression levels each character individually, and that EXP comes from repairing generators, surviving, and character-specific actions. Summer XP is a different track tied to the event pass, and it advances through event objectives and round wins.
The practical takeaway is that a match spent doing generator work still helps your character level, but if the active event objective is “escape 3 times,” you need to actually get out of the map for the pass to move. Match your play to the objective board rather than assuming all progress feeds the same bar.
Between the x2 EXP window and the weekly reward refresh, the efficient approach is straightforward: open the panel before every session, check which objectives are live, and pick a character that can complete them in a single round.
