The early access release of Breathedge 2 currently covers Chapter 1, and it already packs a full set of achievements tied to exploration, silly interactions, and collection milestones. Most unlock the moment you meet a specific condition, so you can chase them at your own pace while working through the opening chapter.
Quick answer: Each achievement triggers when you perform its exact action, reach a required count, or interact with a specific object in the Chapter 1 map. Match your action to the trigger listed below and the achievement pops immediately.

Counting and collection achievements
Several achievements track a running total. These do not require anything precise beyond repetition, but a few demand large numbers, so treat them as long-term goals you build toward while exploring.
| Achievement | Trigger condition |
|---|---|
| Happy Whatever! | Drink 50 bottles of alcohol. |
| Hehehehehe | Drink at least ten bottles of alcohol back to back. |
| Public Enemy No. 1 | Steal at least one donut from the cops. |
| Hoodlum | Find and unscrew 10 light bulbs. |
| People Person | Inspect 10 corpses during exploration. |
| Honorary Vandal | Smash 200 objects into scrap. |
| Bum Rival | Pull any 20 items out of trash cans. |
| Slave to the Stomach | Recycle 100 nutrients in the Nutri-Pack-O-Mat. |
| Jacked | Do 10 reps on the urological exercise machine. |
| Oxyworm Collector | Collect 300 Oxyworms across your playthrough. |
| Gangsta | Irritate the cops 20 times and run away. |
Note: For Patient (also written as Pantient in-game text), you reach the turret and wait through a required number of minutes that gradually increases, so stock plenty of oxygen before starting the timer.
Interaction and prop achievements
Most of the fun in Chapter 1 comes from one-off interactions with objects, corpses, and machines scattered around the station. Each one below pops as soon as you complete the described action.
| Achievement | Trigger condition |
|---|---|
| Hacker | Enter the password 0861 on the door near the exit of your train. |
| Click-Click | Spam the buttons that turn on the toilet light. |
| Conehead | Take the traffic cone worn as a helmet by one of the figures. |
| Curious | Remove your helmet in space (it can sometimes trigger even without wearing one). |
| Deja vu | Enter the bus and turn its wheel using the WASD keys. |
| Gotta do it | Put on the shoes with leg bones, then reach the train wire. |
| Emergency Brake | Pull the emergency brake handle on the wall leading to the toilet. |
| Weird Toilet | Repair the broken toilet using its missing parts. |
| Visitor | Visit all toilets on the outskirts. |

Combat and confrontation achievements
A short chain of achievements involves fighting or provoking characters. Two of them link together, so complete Fighter before you chase What Did You Expect.
| Achievement | Trigger condition |
|---|---|
| Fighter | Try three times to break the old lady’s arm and open the bus window. |
| What Did You Expect | After Fighter, inspect the engine next to the bus’s wheel. |
| Gladiator | Defeat the Bum once he appears with the mattress. |
Repair, build, and puzzle achievements
These achievements ask you to gather parts, place them correctly, or assemble something. A few depend on earlier progress, such as fixing the antenna or raising the station temperature, so they naturally come later in the chapter.
| Achievement | Trigger condition |
|---|---|
| Biometrics | Find a corpse in the debris below the police station and drag it to the same bench. |
| Go Down in History | At the location with three toilets, build a sculpture from the floating mud nearby. |
| Alphabet | After fixing the antenna, find the missing letters for the taxi sign and place them in order. |
| Attendant | Fix the broken attendant using the parts found near its body. |
| Ladies’ Man | Place the glove (found across the rails) on the woman seated at the end of the railroad. |
| Medalist | After the antenna, reach the taxi near the taxi sign with several medals. |
| Safe Content | Pull the platform with floating training dummies into the lockers. |
| Shipbuilder | Repair the rocket at the toilet to the right of the train rails using the required items. |
| Consistency | Grab the floating “4” sign and follow the line to add it to the sign. |
| Traditional Values | Follow the train debris to the heart symbol on a platform and knock it down with the scrap function. |
| Now that’s a Snowman | After raising the ambient temperature, follow the yellow pipes below the station, fix the gas lamp, melt the ice, and add the snowman’s parts. |
| Leader | Return the colored floating rocks to the large broken statue. |
Story-linked and location achievements
A handful of achievements require you to progress the main quest first or reach specific late-chapter locations.
| Achievement | Trigger condition |
|---|---|
| Prankster | Finish the first story quest, use the phone to call the anti-terror hotline, press 3, and wait five minutes. |
| Hunting Instinct | Use the long arm to pull moles out of the asteroids where they hide. |
| System Administrator | Inside the PornHubble, destroy the four caches right of the main panel, then destroy the larger cache to its left. |

How to confirm an achievement unlocked
Each achievement fires on completion of its exact condition, and you will see the standard on-screen notification the instant the trigger registers. For counting achievements like Oxyworm Collector or Honorary Vandal, nothing appears until you hit the full number, so keep going even if progress feels invisible.
If an achievement fails to pop, the usual reason is an unmet dependency. Prankster needs the first story quest completed before the phone is available, and both Alphabet and Medalist require the antenna to be fixed first. What Did You Expect only becomes possible after Fighter, since the engine you inspect belongs to that same bus.
Since only Chapter 1 is playable in early access right now, this covers every achievement currently obtainable. More will arrive as later chapters are added to the game.
