Deadly Attack is the epic shared passive that Cora players buy with faction tokens, and it is one of the few purchases in RF Online Next that pays off immediately in critical stats. The entry price is steep, the upgrade material is scarce, and the payoff is a flat boost to Critical Hit Rate and Critical Hit Damage that scales hard as you push the skill toward +9.
Quick answer: Buy the “Passive – Deadly Attack” skill book from the Core Contribution Merchant in Cortia for 700,000 N-Tokens, learn it from your inventory, then spend E Shr. Combat Skill Data to push it from +1 to +9.
Where to buy the Deadly Attack skill book and what it costs
The skill book sits in the Cora contribution shop and costs 700,000 N-Tokens. That is the whole gate. There is no level requirement to work around and no quest chain in front of it, just the token balance.

Add to Google Preferences →Deadly Attack stats at unlock and at +9
At base rank the skill is modest, and the Combat Power jump on unlock is small. The value is all in the upgrade curve, where Critical Hit Rate climbs eightfold and a percentage-based Crit Damage Boost appears on top of the flat numbers.
| Stat | At unlock | At +9 |
|---|---|---|
| Critical Hit Rate | 16 | 128 |
| Crit Dmg Boost | 0% | 8% |
| Critical Hit Dmg | 15 | 81 |
Learning the passive alone moved one geared character’s total Combat Power to 130,068, a gain of 258. That is the honest picture. Unlocking the skill is the cheap part of the process, and the upgrade levels are where the real stats live.
E Shr. Combat Skill Data: The upgrade material for epic shared passives
Epic shared passives like Deadly Attack are enhanced with E Shr. Combat Skill Data. You pull it from skill enhancement chests, and if you want to skip the wait, it trades on the World Market at roughly 1,100 diamonds per unit.
Note: the market price moves with supply, so check the current listing before committing diamonds. Chests remain the cheaper source if you are patient.
How to craft a Legendary Talic of Rage
Talic runs on a simple ladder. Every Talic has a grade (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary) and a level from 1 to 3 inside that grade. Combining three Talics of the same color and the same level can raise the level by one, and a successful combine on a level 3 Talic pushes it up to the next grade at level 1.
That is how a Legendary Lv. 1 Talic of Rage is made. Three Epic Lv. 3 Talics of Rage go in, and a success returns a Legendary Lv. 1 Talic of Rage worth +64 ATK, which slots into a weapon. The same ladder produced an Epic Lv. 3 Talic of Purification at +212 HP Regeneration from Lv. 2 stock.

Talic combine rates, Credit cost, and batch limits
The odds do not change as you climb. A standard one-level success sits near 32% regardless of grade, and a great success that jumps two levels lands around 1%. Exact figures are visible through Talic Combination Probability Info in the lower-left of the combine screen.
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Standard success | About 32%, level +1 |
| Great success | About 1%, level +2 |
| Credit cost | Charged on every attempt, rising with grade |
| Batch limit | 30 combines per color, 180 across all six colors |
| Attached Talic | Permanent; survives equipment destruction |
Because attached Talic is not lost when gear breaks during enhancement, there is no reason to strip a piece before a risky upgrade attempt.
Talic colors and the slots they fit
Six colors exist, each locked to one equipment slot, with three possible stat effects per color. Talic attaches only to weapons and armor, and the number of slots depends on the piece itself.
| Color | Slot | Effects |
|---|---|---|
| Red | Weapon | ATK, Critical Hit Rate, Max ATK HR |
| Purple | Neck Guard | FP Regeneration, Fixed Skill Dmg, Max FP |
| Green | Chest Guard | DEF, Critical Resistance, Max ATK Resistance |
| Blue | Lower Guard | Fixed Skill Dmg Resistance, Max HP, HP Regeneration |
| Yellow | Arm Guards | Accuracy, Fixed Damage, Defense Pierce |
| Orange | Leg Guards | Evasion, Fixed Dmg Resistance, Weapon ATK Resistance |
Talic drops come from three places: clearing stages in Bio Suit Training Mode, weekly mission rewards, and limited-time events. Training Mode hands out two free admission tickets a day and pays better the deeper you clear, so it is the most reliable daily source.
How to confirm the upgrades landed
Combat Power is the fastest check. The skill unlock alone registered as a +258 bump to 130,068, and stacking two Legendary Lv. 1 Talics of Rage plus an Epic Lv. 3 Talic of Purification carried the same character to 131,884.
For the Talic itself, look at the number in the upper-left corner of the icon and the “Lv. X” label next to it. If the level did not move, the combine failed and the Credit was still spent. For the skill, open your passive list and read the enhancement level next to Deadly Attack; the Crit Dmg Boost percentage only appears once you have pushed past the base rank.
One side note worth tracking while you are here: completing a Biosuit collection, such as the one finished by unlocking the Epic “Orbis Exploder”, grants a permanent 1% Skill Damage Boost that stacks with everything above.
The order that makes sense is straightforward. Buy Deadly Attack first because it is a fixed, predictable cost, then spend your Credit on Talic combines, where the 32% odds mean progress arrives in uneven bursts rather than on a schedule.
