The “Blasphemy” side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker turns a stolen banner into a small piece of detective work, and it ends with an objective that sounds vaguer than it is: search for villagers with walking canes using Focus Mode. There is only one person the game wants you to find, and he is not hiding.
Quick answer: Track the quest, travel to the yellow search circle in Oakhaven, and look for Premysl sitting on a bench outside a log cabin. Talk to him, ask about the banner, his hand, and his cane, then accuse him directly.
Blasphemy quest details and the Oakhaven search area
Before you go anywhere, open the journal and make sure Blasphemy is the tracked quest. That paints the search zone onto the map as a yellow circle, which is the only marker you get. The circle sits in Oakhaven, and the suspect is inside it.

Add to Google Preferences →How Focus Mode marks the villager
Focus Mode drains the color out of the world and highlights anything you can interact with. Ordinary objects and people glow white, while anything tied to the quest you are tracking glows gold. Inside the Oakhaven circle, that gold outline lands on a single villager.
You do not need to sweep the whole village. Walk the perimeter of the circle with Focus Mode on, and Premysl stands out against the desaturated background almost immediately. He is sitting still on a bench in front of a log cabin, so he will not wander away from you mid-search.
Dialogue order to confront Premysl
Finding him is only half the objective. The quest wants Coen to assemble the case out loud, and the conversation is where it happens. Work through the options in this order.

Note: the middle two questions are what unlock the accusation. Skipping straight to the confrontation gives Coen nothing to point at, so ask about the hand and the cane first.
How to confirm the objective is complete
The search objective clears the moment the conversation with Premysl begins, and the journal entry for Blasphemy updates once the accusation lands. If the yellow circle is still sitting on your map after you talk to him, you have found a different villager and need to keep sweeping the marked area with Focus Mode.
How Blasphemy resolves also carries forward. Details inside the chapel during the Blood Mass, including what hangs above the altar, change depending on how this quest ends, so it is worth closing out before the ceremony rather than leaving it open.
