How to redeem codes in Yeet a Friend

There is no redemption option buried in the pause menu. You either walk to the code area in the lobby or open it through the Store button.

Launch the experience on desktop, console, mobile, or tablet. Codes work the same on all of them.

Play Yeet A Friend on Roblox

Press the Store button on the right side of the screen, then select the codes icon marked with 123. You can also reach the same box by walking to the red Codes area in the lobby.

Type or paste a single code into the ENTER CODE HERE field. Check for a stray space at the end if you pasted it, since that alone will cause a rejection.

Hit REDEEM. The reward drops into your account immediately, so Wheel Spins appear on the Lucky Wheel counter and boosts land in your boost tray. If nothing changes on screen, the code did not go through.

If a brand new code fails, close the game and rejoin. That drops you into a different server, which may be running the newer build where the code has been switched on.

Why a Yeet a Friend code is not working

Failures come down to a short list of causes. Capitalization is the most common one, because codes like iLoveYeeting and StarShopper mix cases and the game checks them literally. Extra whitespace picked up while copying does the same thing.

Beyond typing errors, each code is single use per account, so a code you already claimed will not fire again. Seasonal codes stop working when their event closes, which is why currency rewards such as Seashells and Balloons tend to die off first. Wheel Spins from YEET2SCHOOL, BEACHDAY, Gifting, SUPERCAR and Aztec pull from the same pool of energy, Stars and timed multipliers, including 2x Boosts. Spending them at the Lucky Wheel before a long throwing session gets more value out of whatever multipliers you roll.

Star rewards go furthest in the Upgrades shop, which sells Magnet Range, Pet Luck, Egg Discount, Power From Stars and Rocket Fuel. Energy is what unlocks new worlds at the portal, and the requirements scale hard the deeper you go, with Toy World listed at 30Qn as World 21 and Rooftop World sitting behind it as World 22.
