Aniimo does not have one wallet. It has a currency tab that keeps growing as you unlock activities, and each new coin usually arrives attached to a single vendor who will take nothing else. The result is a long list of tokens that look interchangeable and are not. Knowing which ones are flexible, which ones are trapped inside one shop, and which ones only exist because you paid for them is the difference between a stocked roster and a pile of stranded coins.

Quick answer: Credits cover everyday costs, Glimmer is the scarce flexible currency, Lumin Crystals are the paid tier, and Primegy is stamina rather than money. Everything else is an activity token that spends only inside its own loop.

Aniimo currency list: every coin, voucher, and token

Start with the three currencies that move across multiple systems, plus the stamina meter that decides how often you can cash rewards in at all.

CurrencySpent onEarned from
CreditsAniipods, XP items, outpost vendor goodsCatch reports, chests, most normal play
GlimmerAdvanced vendor stock, exchanges, outfit conversionsExploration, dailies, branch quests, Alpha and Omega bosses
Lumin CrystalsPremium shop outfitsReal-money purchase
PrimegyClaiming rewards from gated activitiesPassive regeneration

The rest are activity tokens. Each one is issued by a system and accepted by a matching shop, so a full Eggshell Coin balance does nothing for your Homeland and a stack of Home Coins will not buy a Carried Item.

Stamps are the most schedule-sensitive of the group. Roughly 1,500 are available per week, so a skipped week is not something later play makes up.

Credits, Glimmer, and Lumin Crystals

Credits

Credits pour in from reporting catches, raising Anilog star levels, and opening chests. They pay for capture devices, experience items, and general vendor stock, and they are the only currency you can reliably farm back the same day you spend it. That makes them the right tool for routine costs and the wrong tool for anything scarce.

The exception is the occasional high-ticket listing. Psyche Fruit, used for personality changes, runs 140,000 Credits each with a limit of three per day when it shows up at the Mysterious Vendor, which is enough to drain a casual balance in one visit.

Glimmer

Glimmer is the flexible currency and the one worth protecting. It comes from exploration, daily activities, branch quests, and boss chests, and it buys higher-tier vendor stock, outfit exchanges, and convenience items such as the Plant Growth Tonic that finishes a crop cycle or the Energizing Work Meal that finishes an Aniimo work cycle. Those skips are only worth Glimmer when a real deadline is in front of you.

Glimmer also converts into Fashion Vouchers at a vendor, which is the free path to shop cosmetics. A conversion is one-way, so decide what the Glimmer is for before you move it.

Lumin Crystals

Lumin Crystals are the premium currency and the only one that requires real money. They buy outfits from the premium shop. Core progression currencies are not sold directly, so the crystal balance sits outside the systems that decide how strong your roster is.

Primegy: the stamina meter that gates reward claims

Primegy is the energy system attached to the Omni-glove, and it is consumed when you claim from configured activities rather than when you walk around the world. Opening boss chests, producing extra Aniipods, crafting at your base, and collecting battle simulation rewards all draw from it.

Primegy

In closed beta testing, it regenerated at one point every 10 minutes and capped at 200, with Omega chests costing 50 and Alpha chests costing 30. Because those chests are a main Glimmer source, an empty meter stalls your Glimmer income for the rest of the session. Treat the number as a daily time budget, not as money.

When your Primegy is short, the higher-cost Omega chests return more per point than Alpha chests.

Aniipod and Aniipod Ultra prices

Capture devices are where most Credits go, and the same item sells at three different prices depending on which offer you open. Check the discounted daily stock before paying the standard rate.

Aniipod Ultra

PurchaseCostLimit
Aniipod, daily offer1,400 Credits120 per day
Aniipod, weekly offer2,000 Credits
Aniipod, standard3,500 Credits
Aniipod Pro, daily offer2,800 Credits60 per day
Aniipod Pro, weekly offer4,000 Credits
Aniipod Pro, standard7,000 Credits
Aniipod Ultra400,000 Credits1 per day
Aniipod Ultra20 Aniipod Ultra Vouchers

The voucher exchange is the cheaper route to an Ultra by a wide margin, which is why Aniipod Ultra Vouchers are worth banking for a specific hard catch instead of spending on whatever wanders past. Save the 400,000-Credit listing for the day your voucher stock is empty and a target is on screen.

Training, evolution, and Carried Item currencies

Creature progression runs on its own set of tokens that never leave that loop. Training Coin, Training Points, Training EXP, and Quick Training Pass all feed training and level progression, and the Level 30, Level 40, and Level 50 Training Certificates sit in the same family.

Evolution materials are the ones most likely to be wasted. Prismatic Stone comes in named variants such as Prismatic Stone – Celestial, Prismatic Stone – Fenmane, and Prismatic Stone – Fulmintis, alongside Prismatic Stone Fragment. Buying one before you have chosen the exact creature and branch leaves you holding a stone that fits nothing on your team.

Paw Coin covers combat equipment. The Pawprint Shop lists 24 Legendary Carried Item types at 250 Paw Coin each, so read the effects rather than buying by rarity label, because a Legendary tag does not mean the item fits the build you are running.

Appearance currencies: Shimmering Reverie, Glimmering Mirage, and Fashion Voucher

Cosmetic currencies are separated by scope, and the split matters because the wrong one will not do the job.

Fashion Voucher
Fashion Voucher. Image: Pawprint Studio
  • Shimmering Reverie changes the appearance of a creature you have caught.
  • Glimmering Mirage changes only one part of a creature’s appearance.
  • Fashion Voucher buys player outfits from the Trendsetter in Astra.
  • Sparkling Crystal is the crafting material for Sparkling Cubes, and Tesella Pod in Astra buys it.

None of these affect combat, so they sit at the bottom of a spending list unless a recipe or a collection goal needs them.

What real money buys in Aniimo

There is no conventional creature-pull banner. Aniimo are caught in the world, and the collection track that fills as you catch unique species is not a paid pass. Research Points are earned through play and are not sold.

Paid offers cluster around pace instead of access.

OfferWhat it gives
Monthly passHigher Primegy cap, hatch-time help, premium currency, daily Glimmer
Companion HandbookFree and paid reward lanes with seasonal and creature rewards
Resource packsTraining and progression materials delivered sooner
CosmeticsOutfits and appearance purchases
Event offersLimited bundles and event conversion paths

The Companion Handbook comes in Standard, Advanced, and Collector’s editions, which are tiers of the same progression system rather than three separate passes. Prices, terms, and reward lists vary by region, so the offer’s own store page is the only reliable place to confirm what you are buying.

How to avoid wasting a currency

Almost every exchange in Aniimo runs one way, and a clean ratio on a shop card says nothing about how long each side takes to farm. Before converting, check three things: whether the stock is limited, whether normal play can produce the item anyway, and whether the purchase finishes an upgrade you can complete today.

Limited weekly and seasonal stock deserves attention first, because an unlimited material will still be on the shelf tomorrow. Spend activity tokens inside their own loop, keep Glimmer for a named goal, and leave a reserve for new event inventories. A balance drained to zero is the one thing you cannot undo when a limited shop opens the next morning.
