Ride A Pet Rebirth Guide: Every Required Pet and Money Cost

The exact pet and cash threshold for all seven Rebirths, plus the permanent rewards each reset grants.

The exact pet and cash threshold for all seven Rebirths, plus the permanent rewards each reset grants.

Rebirth is the reset that trades your current cash for a permanent income boost in Ride A Pet, and it gates each step behind two things: a specific pet sitting in your collection and a cash total you have to hit first. Miss either one and the Rebirth button stays locked, so knowing the full order ahead of time stops you from accidentally selling a pet you will need later.

Quick answer: There are seven Rebirths. Each one needs one required pet in your inventory plus a rising cash threshold, starting at a Horse and $1M and ending at a Dragon and $50Qa.

All 7 Rebirth requirements in Ride A Pet

The pets must be hatched and kept in your ranch or inventory before you can complete the matching Rebirth. The order runs Horse, Fox, Unicorn, Phoenix, Kitsune, Kitsune, then Dragon, with cash costs climbing sharply at every stage.

RebirthRequired petHatch chanceRequired money
1Horse1 in 500K$1M
2Fox1 in 21M$50M
3Unicorn1 in 1T$2.5B
4Phoenix1 in 30T$125B
5Kitsune1 in 1Qi$6.2T
6Kitsune1 in 1Qi$325T
7Dragon1 in 5Qi$50Qa

Do not sell any of these seven pets while grinding, since each Rebirth checks that its exact pet is still with you at the moment you reset.

What each Rebirth gives you

Every completed Rebirth stacks the same three permanent rewards, so the value compounds the further you push through the order.

  • +1x money multiplier per Rebirth. After all seven, every placed pet earns +7x money per second.
  • +1 pet slot per Rebirth, taking you up to 12 placed pets once all seven are done.
  • Ranch skins that change your ranch’s look, starting with the Gold Base on the first reset.

The money multiplier stacks with pet mutations, so the board-wide boost from Rebirth multiplies against per-pet multipliers rather than replacing them. Extra pet slots also mean more earners running at once, including while you are offline.

What a Rebirth resets

A Rebirth wipes your Cash and your Luck stat (the Luck bought from the board inside your ranch). Your pets, mutations, and Index entries stay with you, so the reset only empties your wallet and your Luck, not your collection.

Because a large cash pile is worth nothing the instant you reset, spend down to the requirement and convert extra cash into pets and upgrades before pressing the button.

When to Rebirth

The right moment is a recovery-time question. If your ranch is fast enough to rebuild past the requirement quickly on the new multiplier, the reset pays for itself almost immediately. Reset too early and you spend longer re-earning your old income than the boost saves you; wait too long and you grind at a lower multiplier that the reset would have doubled.

Own the required pet before you start saving toward the cash gate, price out the nests and upgrades you will buy back, and rebuild speed first so the next collection loop runs faster on the higher multiplier.

How to confirm the Rebirth worked

Once you meet both requirements, click the Rebirth button on the left side of the screen. The reset is confirmed when your Cash and Luck drop to zero, your money multiplier climbs by +1x, and a new pet slot opens on your ranch. The ranch skin unlocked for that Rebirth also becomes available to equip, so if all three changes appear, the Rebirth registered correctly and you can start saving toward the next one.
