Ironmouse’s Mouseathon subathon on Twitch comes with two Fortnite cosmetics attached, and neither one costs V-Bucks. You earn them by leaving her stream running and hitting two watch-time thresholds, then claiming the rewards before they expire.
Quick answer: Link your Epic Games and Twitch accounts, then watch twitch.tv/ironmouse for 30 minutes to earn the Chibi Ironmouse Spray and 60 minutes total for the Guitar Processing Unit.
Ironmouse Twitch Drops rewards and watch times
There are two rewards in the campaign, and the timer is cumulative. The 30-minute spray unlocks first, and the second reward lands once your total watch time reaches an hour.
| Reward | Watch time | Slot |
|---|---|---|
| Chibi Ironmouse Spray | 30 minutes | Spray |
| Guitar Processing Unit | 1 hour | Instrument, back bling, pickaxe |
The Guitar Processing Unit is the more useful of the two because it works in three slots. You can equip it as a playable instrument, wear it as a back bling, or swing it as a pickaxe.

Link your Epic Games account to Twitch
Watch time counts for nothing if the two accounts are not connected. Do this before you start watching, because a drop you earn with an unlinked account has nowhere to go.

Watch the Mouseathon stream to build drop progress

The Mouseathon also runs Twitch-side rewards on the same channel, including a Mouseathon badge at 15 minutes and the IronmouseWah emote at 30 minutes. The subathon supports the Immune Deficiency Foundation.
Claim the drops and check they landed in Fortnite
Earning a drop is not the same as owning it. Twitch holds each reward until you press claim, and unclaimed drops expire roughly 24 hours later.

How the Ironmouse skin and bundle differ from the drops
The outfit itself is not part of the Twitch campaign. Decora Ironmouse and the Ironmouse Worm back bling were competitive rewards from the Ironmouse Icon Cup, a Duos event held earlier on September 15th in Battle Royale and Zero Build, with placement thresholds that ranged from the top 50 in smaller regions to the top 500 in Europe.
Everyone else buys it. The Ironmouse collab arrives in the Fortnite Item Shop on September 18th, sold as a bundle or as individual pieces, and collab sets like this typically rotate out after a week or two.

If you are already logging in for the drops, two other cosmetics are free in the same season. Pac-Man ghosts floating around spots like Stone Sanctum and Reality’s Reign drop the Blinky Sprite when eliminated, and the Adam Smasher boss in the middle of the map is a guaranteed source of the Crash Bandicoot Sprite.
