The barrel page is the easiest one to walk straight past. Stand on the central plateau, face the largest building in the village, and follow the path toward it — the page sits on the ground right where the three barrels are stacked.
For the second page, do not step outside the gate. Turn left while facing it from inside the village and hug the wall until you hit the corner with the oversized tree, then check the base of the trunk.
The page by the barbecue ramp is the one most players lose time on. It sits flush against the wall next to the ramp, where the geometry hides it from a normal running camera angle, so slow down and look down as you approach. Bamboo and flower clusters mark the ground around several of these spots.
How to turn in the pages and confirm the quest is complete
Once the tracker reads Lost Pages 5/5, run back through the village to Kona and talk to him again. He takes the pages and hands over the reward on the spot.
You know it worked when the quest clears from your tracker and the Book of Guidance appears in your inventory alongside the Exp and Wen payout. Open the inventory menu to confirm the item is there before moving on.
