Project Diablo 2 Season 14 rebuilds the stash from the ground up and adds a collection tracker aimed squarely at players who keep one of everything. The mod, which reimagines Diablo 2 as though development never stopped, is leaning into hoarding and completionism with dedicated tabs for uniques, sets, maps, gems, and runes, alongside a new system that logs every unique and set item you discover.
Quick answer: Season 14 splits the stash into category tabs that can each hold one copy of every item type, and the Discovery Progress system checks off uniques and sets as you find them, rewarding a full collection with a Discovery aura and a server-wide announcement.

The overhauled stash and its new tabs
The stash is divided into several tabs, with each one intended for a particular loot category. Collectors will find the Uniques and Set tabs especially useful: each accommodates one of every item type in its category. An unfilled slot continues to show the possible stat ranges for the missing item.
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Uniques | One of every unique item type, with stat ranges shown for missing entries |
| Set | One of every set item type, with stat ranges shown for missing entries |
| Maps | Endgame maps, grouped into separate sections by tier |
| Gems | Gem storage |
| Runes | Rune storage |
Each page can use an optional affinity toggle. When it is on, any item that belongs in that section is sorted into the correct spot automatically the moment you drop it into your stash. That removes a lot of manual organizing for players who cycle through hundreds of drops.
Gold works differently as well. Characters no longer keep personal gold, while the shared stash can now hold up to 25 million.

Add to Google Preferences →Discovery Progress: tracking every unique and set item
Discovery Progress is the season’s headline feature for completionists. The system checks off each unique and set item you come across and marks discovered entries with an icon, giving you a running record of your collection.
Progress is shared rather than exclusive. Every player in the game credits the discovery, as long as they were present both when the item dropped and when it was identified. Requiring presence at both moments is what stops the credit from being handed out to players who were not actually there.
You know you have finished when the reward triggers. Completing the full list grants a Discovery aura, and your achievement is broadcast to the entire server.

Item, crafting, and interface changes
- A jewel’s prefix may now grant as much as +5% elemental damage.
- Runes can be socketed directly from a stack, so you no longer have to split one off before inserting it into an item.
- The character screen has new sorting options.
- More items now support rare alternate skins, which may drop rather than the standard version at a low rate.
New endgame map and quality-of-life additions
Season 14 adds a new map type, The Bitter Depths, created by Roofooevazan. Endgame maps also gain a monsters remaining counter that appears once the number of enemies left in a zone drops below 100, so you can tell how close you are to clearing it.

Balance adjustments to watch
| Skill or item | Change |
|---|---|
| Blaze | Now grants phasing, letting you walk through enemies |
| Blessed Hammer | Projectiles no longer collide with walls or objects |
| Gloom Runeword | Reworked, including the ability to apply an additional curse |
Release timing and how to take part
No release date for Season 14 has been confirmed yet. Team lead SenpaiSomething’s next preview stream is set for Saturday, September 26, and further details are expected before the update goes live.
You need legitimate copies of Diablo 2 and the Lord of Destruction expansion to play. After obtaining both, install the mod through its official site.
Between the tabbed storage, automatic sorting, and a shared Discovery Progress list that ends in a server-wide callout, Season 14 is built for players who want to catalog everything Project Diablo 2 has to offer rather than sell it off.
