Get the sequence wrong and nothing happens, so the order matters.
Quick answer: Turn on the breaker box left of the counter, then activate the radio, small coffee machine, large coffee brewer, soda machine, microwave, and fridge in that exact order.
Where to find Atlantis Cafe in Downtown
Atlantis Cafe sits in Downtown, just northwest of the Oldest House and only about one street over from its entrance. If you explore the area before pushing toward Central, you can stumble onto it naturally. On the map it shows up as a magnifying-glass icon labeled SECRET near Central Point, and the marker only appears once Dylan gets close enough.
The easiest landmark is the electronic road sign parked out front, which cycles through detour messages and makes the storefront stand out. Head under the awning and through the entrance to get inside.
Start the puzzle: read the note and power the breaker
Grab the note off the counter first. It describes Becky’s morning routine of switching on every appliance in order, from the smallest device to the largest. That is the whole logic behind the sequence below.
Before touching anything else, flip the electrical breaker box on the wall to the left of the counter. This restores power and makes the appliances interactable. Skip it and none of them will respond, so the breaker always comes first.

Open that dispenser to collect Health Upgrade Point 2/3. Gathering three of these points raises Dylan’s maximum health. Search the rest of the room before you leave, since additional lore documents are tucked away down here as well.
This is one of six secret hideouts hidden beneath ordinary Manhattan businesses. Visiting and solving all six unlocks the Backroom Espionage trophy and achievement, so it is worth clearing each puzzle as you find it.
