Season 15 reshuffled where the best experience comes from. The old Helltide worm loop was cut down, and the fastest path to Paragon 300 now runs through the Kurast Undercity, high-tier Infernal Hordes, and a stack of experience buffs that multiply everything you kill. Set up correctly, a single run can move you well over a full Paragon level.
Quick answer: Run Kurast Undercity with the Jade Epiphany node and a Rank 4 Splinter of Destruction for bulk XP orbs, then push Infernal Hordes on Torment XI–XII to close out Paragon 300.
Levels 1–25: Questline, Helltides, and cache transfers
The early climb is short. Finish the seasonal questline first, since it rewards the Splinter of Destruction tied to Baal, which powers up the Undercity later. If you are still under level 25 afterward, farm Helltides on Normal, then switch to Penitent difficulty when you turn in and open chests. That scales the reward without forcing you into dangerous fights while undergeared.
For alternate characters, farm Whispers of the Dead and the limited-time Gift of the Tree caches on your main, then move them through the shared stash. Opening those caches on an alt hands it free experience immediately, skipping most of the manual grind.
Helltide worm farming was reduced in Season 15. Plague Maggot Young now have a lower orb drop chance, and Portent of Pain and Plague Devourers drop 1–2 experience orbs instead of a guaranteed 2, which is why the Undercity is now the stronger default.

Add to Google Preferences →Kurast Undercity with Jade Epiphany: levels 25 to early Paragon
Once the Undercity unlocks at level 25, it becomes the core experience loop. The whole method rests on one War Plan node called Jade Epiphany. Every time you gain an Attunement level inside a run, it spawns a cluster of experience orbs around you, and it also raises Monster Power for everything in the dungeon.

Two additional nodes make the loop faster. Once you cap Attunement, Pathfinder opens a portal to the final boss room, bypassing the third floor. Siege Engine Prime Evil can provide extra Attunement, so using both lets you reach the cap by floor 2 and warp straight to the boss. In just a handful of runs, this dependable route takes a character from level 25 to 60 and keeps granting over half a Paragon level per run up to about Paragon 230.
Infernal Hordes: pushing Paragon 230 to 300
Undercity gains slow down near Paragon 230. From there, high-tier Infernal Hordes on Torment XI or XII takes over, but it needs a real endgame build to survive the scaling. The engine here is two socketed splinters working together.
| Splinter | Effect |
|---|---|
| Greater Splinter of Damnation | +1 Monster Power and +25% experience per elite pack killed for 20 seconds, stacking to 200% |
| Splinter of Lies | +25% bonus experience, +85% gold, +16% movement speed, but you stay Weakened and Vulnerable |

At maximum stacks, a successful run can award over two complete Paragon levels, even beyond Paragon 239. That rate can carry you into the 300 range.
The 15% Experience Well buff to layer on top
One more multiplier applies across everything above. A Nightmare Dungeon Sigil carrying the Forgotten Wisdom affix lets elite monsters drop wisdom, and it unlocks an Experience Well inside the dungeon.
Open-world Helltide variant for Mythics and cinders
If you want experience alongside loot, there is a Helltide alternative. Keep the Damnation and Lies splinters equipped and the 15% Experience Well buff running, then speed-farm the zone. Clear every elite pack, close ruptures and rifts, and summon the Splinter Echo bosses.
This variant still hands out strong experience while also generating Aberrant Cinders and giving chances at Mythic and Legacy unique drops. It is slower for pure Paragon than the Undercity loop, but it doubles as a gear and materials session.
How to confirm the farm is working
You will see the results in real time. In the Undercity, each Attunement rank should spray a visible cluster of experience orbs, with individual popups climbing into the millions at high Torment. In Infernal Hordes, watch the Damnation stack counter tick up per elite pack and your Monster Power rise alongside it. A properly stacked Infernal Hordes run should move your Paragon bar by more than a full level, and checking the Paragon board after the run confirms the jump.
