The Surgery Room puzzle in Part 3 of Silent Hill: Townfall asks Zoe to stabilize a critical patient by tracking down three specific medications, then loading each one into an infusion pump at the correct delivery rate. It is one of the longer chains in the first half of the game, and the pumps only accept the right numbers once every dose is in your inventory.
Quick answer: Collect Tensobromide 11 mg, Dextracyclate 2.5 mg and Hydroxalene 3 mg (Records Room code 2605), then set the pumps to Dextracyclate 15, Hydroxalene 7 and Tensobromide 8 for the 88 kg patient and press START.
The three medications and where to find them
Dr. Glenn sends you off to gather three drugs from around St. Amelia Medical Centre. The map on the operating room wall carries handwritten dosages for each one, so grab it before you leave. Monsters now patrol the corridors, so distract them with thrown bottles or clear them with the plank in the Pharmacy Store corridor.

Tensobromide 11 mg
Leaving the operating room, take an immediate right and then head left up the corridor into the Pharmacy Store. The dose sits inside a green first aid case on the counter. There is a monster in this hallway, so lure it away or deal with it using the plank found nearby.
Dextracyclate 2.5 mg
Go left of the Surgery and climb the stairs from the Chapman Ward ground floor. On the first floor, walk north through the open bay area to Bay 6 and pull the Dextracyclate syringe from the rack of infusion equipment beside the patient chair.
Hydroxalene 3 mg
This is the locked-away dose. It sits inside a double-door metal supply cabinet at the back of the Records Room, tucked into a green first aid case in a cardboard archive box on the lower shelf. You need the keypad code first, which is covered below.
Records Room code (2605)
The Records Room door on the Chapman Ward ground floor is sealed with a digital keypad. The code is written on a sticky note pinned to the cork noticeboard inside the Office, which sits on the first floor opposite Bay 6. The note reads “NEW RECORD ROOM CODE: 2605.”
Head back downstairs, sneak past the privacy curtains to the Records Room keypad, and enter 2605 to open the door. Once inside, open the metal cabinet and collect the Hydroxalene.
Infusion pump delivery rates for the 88 kg patient
Back in the operating room, the whiteboard confirms the patient weighs 88 kg and lists pulmonary edema and third-degree chest trauma. The weight determines the correct rates. There are three pumps in the room, and it does not matter which drug goes into which physical pump, only that each drug gets its matching number.

How to know it worked
When all three rates are correct and you hit START, Dr. Glenn confirms over the intercom that the treatment is working and the patient’s vital signs are stabilizing. That dialogue is your sign the puzzle is complete.
He then sets up the next task: clearing the airway. Go to Reception to the right of the Surgery, use the phone in the first room on the right, and dial extension 5353 to reach the basement for the intubation kit.
