Control Resonant: The Park Camera Locations for the Freeze Frame Side Story

The Park holds two paranatural cameras for the Freeze Frame side story in Control Resonant. One sits on an exterior scaffolding platform near the sewer exit, and the other is hidden behind a burned barrier inside Nomad Avenue Station. Shutting both closes out this zone’s contribution toward the wider camera hunt.

Quick answer: Camera one is on the suspended metal platform in the alleyway by the Sewer Route near the FBC Base. Camera two is inside Nomad Avenue Station, behind an ability barrier you burn with Ignite or Inferno.

What you need before starting

Both cameras work as stealth targets. Walking into a camera’s view freezes you in place and makes it vanish, so you always approach from behind and press L1 to “Shut Camera Lid”. Only one hard requirement gates your progress here.

The Instant Photos in the FBC Base are optional hint cards. You do not need to collect them to reach either camera.
A fire ability is needed for Camera two. Beat the Deserter Resonant in Central to gain access to Ignite or Inferno.
Both cameras have mold-infected enemies nearby that activate once the lid is shut.

Camera 1: Sewer Route alleyway near the FBC Base

This camera hangs on exterior scaffolding in the alley just outside the sewer entrance. Start from the FBC Base courtyard in The Park and work your way down to street level.

Leave the FBC Base and drop into the alleyway below. On the ground, pull the yellow-framed power switch to open the way forward.

Head down the alley toward the construction scaffolding. Climb onto the raised barrier platform where the yellow lift gate sits.

Cross the gap, then glide down through the space between the brick building fronts to reach the suspended metal platform. The camera is on it, with frozen white birds gathered around.

Approach from behind and press L1 to shut the lid. Clear any hostiles that wake up afterward.

If you would rather reach it from above, you can power up the optional exterior elevator to the north of the FBC Base and fly across to the platform.

Unlock a fire ability before Camera 2

The second camera is blocked by an ability barrier that only fire damage can clear. You get that fire damage by defeating the Deserter Resonant in Central, which unlocks the Ignite or Inferno combat ability. Ignite adds fire damage that applies Burn to your melee attacks and Barrage.

If you do not have Ignite or Inferno yet, complete that Central fight first. Without it, the barrier at the station cannot be removed.

Camera 2: Inside Nomad Avenue Station

Nomad Avenue Station sits at street level near the Hannah Apartment and Research Site. Head to its entrance to begin.

Go down through the turnstiles into the station. Clear the mold-infected enemies filling the hallway and platform stairs.

Find the webbed ability barrier doorway. Use an Ignite or Inferno melee attack to burn it away and open the path.

Follow the corridor, shove open both red doors, and enter the platform area at the rear. The camera is behind a collection of frozen figures.

Approach from behind and press L1 to shut the lid. The frozen figures unfreeze into hostiles, so defeat them to finish the puzzle.

How to confirm both cameras are done

Each shut camera drops a Completed Instant Photo into your inventory, along with an Undefined Reading. You can check the Key Items section to see the finished photo, described as a picture found in The Park taken with a paranatural camera. Once both photos register, The Park’s pair is closed out and counts toward the full 14-camera set for the Freeze Frame side story.
