Testing the Wells is a low-level Alliance quest in Westfall added to World of Warcraft: Forever in patch 1.60.1. Alba Fairmoon at Sentinel Hill wants proof that Westfall’s groundwater has been poisoned, and she hands you a Well Water Sample Kit to gather evidence from two nearby farms.
Quick answer: Pick up the quest from Alba Fairmoon at Sentinel Hill. Use the Well Water Sample Kit at the wells on The Molsen Farm and The Jansen Stead, then bring the quest back to Alba.

The kit is a quest item that you can use repeatedly, so a single kit covers both wells. Its tooltip reads “Take a water sample from a well at a Westfall farm.”
Head to the building at Sentinel Hill and speak with Alba Fairmoon. Accept Testing the Wells to receive the Well Water Sample Kit in your bags.

Clear any Defias in your way, then use the Well Water Sample Kit at the well in the farmyard to grab the Molsen Farm Water Sample. The objective updates to 1/1.
You know each sample is secured when the quest tracker on the right of your screen ticks over to 1/1 for that well. Once both read 1/1, a yellow question mark appears over Alba Fairmoon, and selecting Complete Quest grants the rewards below.

You can double-check completion in-game at any time by running /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(92742)), which returns true once the quest is done. Finishing it also unlocks Murloc Gills, the next step in the Toxic Soil questline that leads toward the Deadmines.
