Wandering Stars: Buy it from the Fashion Shop
Wandering Stars is Blackbird’s premium outfit, built around a bright blue gown paired with gold jewelry and a wide-brimmed black hat. You buy it outright from the Fashion Shop for 2,680 Riftcrystals.
The price only holds during Version 1.4. Once that version ends, the cost climbs to 3,280 Riftcrystals, so buying early saves you 600 crystals.
The gown is also recolorable. Using the Outfit Recoloring feature in the Fashion Shop lets you change its color for 680 Riftcrystals or 2 million Fons.

Rouge et Noir: Pull it from the gacha
Rouge et Noir is gacha-exclusive. It’s a white and red dress with floral embroidery and a pearl chain across the midriff, and the only way to get it is by spending wishes on the Scarborough Fair banner.
Because the banner mixes the outfit in with several other rewards, landing it early takes real luck. The pity system does guarantee it, but that guarantee only triggers at 200 pulls, which is a heavy investment for a cosmetic.
If you’re short on wishes, spending them on characters is the safer call. The next banner features Akane, a ranged DPS unit.
Unfazed Denim: Unlock it for free through the bond system
Unfazed Denim is Blackbird’s free outfit, a casual look centered on denim shorts. You earn it by raising her affection through the character bond system, which means giving her gifts over time rather than spending any currency.
