FC 27 Frontline Flair Evolution: Best Players to Use for 100 Tokens

Requirements, the single-level stat boost, and the attackers that gain the most from this 100-token upgrade.

The Frontline Flair Evolution gives one attacking card a quick, all-around bump in FC 27 for a flat price of 100 Tokens. It has a single upgrade level with no match requirements, so the boost lands the moment you pick a player and spend the tokens.

Quick answer: Pick an eligible LW, RW, or ST rated close to 83 Overall with pace and dribbling already near their caps, such as Jonathan David TOTW, Noa Lang, Jarrod Bowen, or Leroy Sane, then spend 100 Tokens to apply the boost instantly.

Frontline Flair Evolution requirements

Your chosen card must satisfy every limit below before it can enter the evolution. Any player above the Overall or Pace ceiling, or outside the allowed positions, will not be eligible.

  • Overall: max 83
  • Pace: max 84
  • PlayStyles: max 7
  • Position: LW, RW, or ST
  • Excluded position: CAM

Because the CAM position is blocked, a forward who lists CAM as a secondary role will not qualify even if the rest of the card fits. Check the card’s full position list in the Web App before committing.

What the upgrade changes

There is only one level, and it carries no challenge matches. Once the tokens are redeemed and the card is chosen, the stats apply immediately and the player can go straight into your lineup.

StatBoostCap
Overall+184
Pace+284
Shooting+182
Dribbling+284

The headline result is pushing a card from 83 to 84 Overall, with Pace and Dribbling landing at 84 and Shooting reaching 82. The gains are modest because each line is capped, so a player already sitting at or above a cap sees no change on that attribute.

Best players to use in Frontline Flair

Choose an LW, RW, or ST rated 82–83 with pace and dribbling near the 84 caps, ensuring both +2 boosts take effect instead of going to waste. Check each card’s exact Overall in the Web App beforehand: a card you believe is 83 may already be 84 and therefore ineligible.

  • Jonathan David TOTW
  • Tzolis OTW
  • Amanda Gutierres TOTW
  • Orban TOTW
  • Ueda TOTW
  • Aubameyang
  • Susto Squad Foundations
  • Noa Lang
  • Jarrod Bowen
  • Mikautadze
  • Nerea
  • Leroy Sane
  • Mitoma

These picks share a profile that rewards the evolution: strong base shooting and dribbling, pace near the ceiling, and a rating just under the meta threshold. A high-pace wide forward with La Liga, Premier League, or Bundesliga links that match your squad chemistry will carry the upgrade best.

Is 100 Tokens worth spending?

Because cards cap at 83 Overall, the finished item is a solid squad piece rather than a top-end starter. The value case is strongest when the evolved player meaningfully improves your current attack and you have no better use for the tokens, since the boost costs no coins and no match grinding.

If you enjoy evolutions and want a free-to-apply upgrade, it is a reasonable spend. There is also a chance a future evolution will chain with this one, which would stretch its value further.

How to confirm the upgrade applied

After you redeem the 100 Tokens and select your card, the four stat boosts show up on the item right away with no match to play. The card’s Overall should read 84, and you can place it in your active lineup immediately. If the player still shows the old rating, reopen the card from your club to refresh the display.
