Your Homeland keeps producing while you are offline, but only if the Aniimo you place there carry the right home abilities at a high enough level. The strongest workers are not the strongest fighters. What matters is how many jobs an Aniimo holds, how high each one is leveled, and whether its personality matches the facility it works.

Quick answer: Prioritize Aniimo with three home abilities at Level 3. Early on, Shrubclaw, Glacy, Leafy, and Nighttime Gracewing cover most needs; in the endgame, swap to Prismana forms, the only Aniimo with Level 4 home abilities.

What makes an Aniimo a strong Homeland worker

Four traits decide how useful an Aniimo is in your Home. Judge every candidate against them before you spend a worker slot.

  • It fills the ability distribution your facilities need, so every number in the top row of the management screen turns green.
  • It holds three home abilities, letting one Aniimo run several facilities without eating extra slots.
  • Its home ability level is high. A higher level clears workload faster, and the maximum of Level 4 exists only on Prismana Aniimo.
  • Its personality matches the facility, which adds a 20% work efficiency bonus.

Green ability distribution is the signal that confirms a good placement. When the first row is all green, your Aniimo run at peak efficiency even while you are away. An element level one step above a facility’s requirement also raises work efficiency by 20%, which stacks the case for leveling your workers over spreading thin.

Personality and facility matches

Every Aniimo receives four MBTI-style personality traits when it hatches, and each trait lines up with specific facilities. Assigning an Aniimo to a compatible facility grants a 20% efficiency bonus, and one Aniimo can earn up to four of these bonuses across different stations. The clearest example is putting a Playful Aniimo on the Mine, which raises mining efficiency by 20%.

PersonalityFacilities
Energetic (E)Bouncy Brew Keg, Woodworking Bench
Instinctive (I)Dewy House, Phonolfactory Table
Practical (S)Chimney Kiln, Claw Game Cooker
Nimble (N)Jukebox Dryer, Blazing Stove, Floral Windmill
Tenacious (T)Carousel Mill, Simmering Pot
Faithful (F)Starfall Hammock, Joy Wheel Loom, Well
Judicious (J)Tidewhisper Sandcastle, Nimbus Bed, Crafting Table
Playful (P)Pickling Jar, Mine

Some facilities also demand a specific Aniimo to produce their item. The Dewy House and Tidewhisper Sandcastle are the common examples. Use the Nova stage of the required Aniimo for the fastest output, such as a Fragrancier in the Dewy House to produce Aromathyst sooner.

Best early-game Homeland Aniimo

While building your first plots, you mainly need the Grass, Water, Dark, Earth, and Carry abilities. Those cover basic production and selling, which earns Home Coins and pushes your RV level up.

AniimoHome abilities
ShrubclawCarry 3, Earth 3, Grass 2
GlacyCarry 3, Water 3, Ice 2
LeafyCarry 3, Grass 3, Water 2
Nighttime GracewingLeisure 3, Wind 3, Dark 2
Highland IgnitisArtisanship 3, Dark 3, Fire 2
PopotaLeisure 2, Water 2

Shrubclaw is the standout early pick because it carries three home abilities at useful levels. Give it the Playful personality so it works the mine 20% faster. Glacy is valuable as one of the earliest Aniimo you can obtain with a Level 3 Water ability. Highland Ignitis can stand in for any Fire-element Aniimo at the very start, since unlocking its evolution takes many steps.

Substitutes for Water and Dark abilities

Aniimo that provide both Water and Dark home abilities are rare. Until you obtain a Nighttime Gracewing or a Highland Ignitis, use Celestis (Leisure 1, Dark 1) and Skippy (Carry 1, Water 1) to cover those roles.

Facilities that need a Lightning home ability, like the Dance Pad Polisher and Aniipod Maker, bring little early value. You can gather Aniipods in the open world and earn EXP from training materials, so prioritize other abilities when slots are tight.

Best mid-game Homeland Aniimo

As your RV level climbs, you unlock more plots, more facilities, and more worker slots. At this point you can build electrical grids to automate crafting and reassign Aniimo across more production stations. Mines draw far more power than other facilities, so keep Shrubclaw on them.

AniimoHome abilities
LeafyCarry 3, Grass 3, Water 2
ShrubclawCarry 3, Earth 3, Grass 2
GlacyCarry 3, Water 3, Ice 2
GrizboCarry 3, Earth 3
FenmaneCarry 3, Lightning 3
FragrancierLeisure 3, Perfumery 3, Dark 3
Highland IgnitisArtisanship 3, Dark 3, Fire 2
TurboLeisure 3, Wind 3
MagmarexCarry 3, Fire 3, Earth 2

Fragrancier earns its slot here because it is the required worker for the Dewy House and still covers Leisure and Dark. Fenmane finally makes Lightning worth running once your grid and higher-tier facilities exist, while Magmarex doubles up on Fire and Earth for processing chains.

Best late-game Homeland Aniimo (Prismana forms)

Once you can catch Prismana Aniimo, replace your existing workers with their Prismana versions. These are the only Aniimo with Level 4 home abilities, which makes them the fastest producers in the endgame.

AniimoHome abilities
Prismana BlazenArtisanship 4, Lightning 4, Dark 3
Prismana TurboLeisure 4, Wind 4, Dark 3
Prismana FenmaneArtisanship 4, Lightning 4, Carry 3, Light 3
Prismana MagmarexCarry 4, Fire 4, Dark 3
Prismana GlacyCarry 4, Water 4, Light 3
Prismana GrizboCarry 4, Earth 4, Dark 3

If you have worker slots to spare, both Prismana and Sparkling Aniimo can be placed in the Homebuilding Zone to generate Bud Tickets, which you spend on furniture to raise your index score and pull in more Dream Sparks and Modification Toolkits.

Keep workers fed and plots producing

Even the best workers slow down when Efficiency drops, and an unfed Aniimo can fall sick and stop entirely. Maximize Total Food Energy to keep Efficiency high. Wheatmeal is the strongest option, made by grinding Wheat, which is free to grow and provides far more food energy than purchasable Energy Bites.

To increase your RV quickly, assign workers to Woodlands and Mines. The materials used for RV upgrades come directly from the byproducts of tree harvesting and mining. Choose trees and mine products at the highest levels to maximize byproducts, and open new plots to clear debris for extra Wood Blocks and Mineral Sand.

Two accelerators finish that work instantly. Plant Growth Tonic completes Woodland growth, and Energizing Work Meal completes Mine output, letting you convert worker effort into RV materials on demand.

Before logging off, buy plenty of seeds for whatever your facilities are growing so planting never stalls overnight. Then visit at least once a day to treat any sick Aniimo and restock. When your ability distribution reads all green and your warehouse stays full, your Home is running at full efficiency without you.
