Dandy’s World Halloween Event 2026: How the Haunted Gala, Trick-or-Treat Doors and Golden Quests Work

A rundown of the new Halloween floor, mask mechanic, calendar rewards, and what to buy before Pumpkins reset to zero.

The Halloween Event in Dandy’s World is back, and it runs for five weeks, from October 2 to November 6, 2026. Alongside everything that returned from last year, the patch notes the studio posted on Discord add a new Halloween Floor, a “Haunted Gala” floor event that hands out mask abilities, Trick-or-Treat doors on every floor, Golden skin quests, and a daily login calendar. All of it is powered by Pumpkins, the event currency that disappears when the event ends.

Quick answer: Earn Pumpkins through runs and daily logins (double on weekends), spend them in Gourdy’s Shop before the five weeks are up, and complete the Golden Quests for Ribecca and Soulvester to earn the Golden Skeleton and Golden Knight skins.

Pumpkins reset when the event ends

Pumpkins buy the event’s Toons and much of its cosmetics, and every balance resets to zero once the five weeks finish. There is no carryover to future events, so plan your spending around that deadline.

You collect Pumpkins through normal gameplay and through daily login streaks. Earnings are doubled on weekends, so heavier grinding on Saturday and Sunday stretches your total further. The Bone Needle and Thread trinket now highlights nearby pumpkins and Halloween collectibles every 10 seconds during matches, which makes farming faster during floor events.

The new Halloween Floor and where it spawns

A fresh Halloween Floor has been added alongside the returning one. Either Halloween Floor can appear at Floors 5, 10, 15, and 20, with a 50% chance at each. Both Halloween floors are playable in Roleplay Mode, along with the Halloween Dandy and Dyle skins.

As you explore, keep an eye out for orange pumpkin pieces. Collecting them builds up the decorations in your own lobby, which is client-sided, so the growth you see is tied to your own progress.

Haunted Gala masks and how they change your Toon

The Haunted Gala is a floor event that can trigger at any point during a run. When it starts, a spooky overlay drops over the floor with candlelight and smoke in the air, which slightly restricts your vision for the duration.

Each Toon receives a randomly chosen Halloween Mask linked to one of a limited selection of Toons. The mask gives its wearer that character’s active and passive abilities, as well as their stats, until the floor ends. Haunted Gala therefore changes your loadout for a while: you play as the character you draw instead of using your own kit.

Trick-or-Treat doors on every floor

Every floor now has Trick-or-Treat doors. Open one for a random Trick or Treat delivered by Dyle. The outcome is randomized, so there is no way to guarantee a good result from a given door.

Opening a door locks it for the rest of that floor. Open each one you find before moving on, since you get just one chance per door.

Golden Quests for the exclusive Golden skins

Each Halloween Toon has a Golden Quest, and completing one rewards an exclusive Golden Skin. Ribecca’s and Soulvester’s quests unlocked on launch day, and the Golden skins on offer are the Golden Skeleton and the Golden Knight.

Soulvester also got a complete overhaul for this event. His passive was removed, and his heart limit fell from four to three. He now has a new active ability, Soul Shield, which uses a heart to protect an ally: he teleports in to block their next hit and stuns the attacking Twisted for 1.5 seconds.

Daily login calendar and dated skin rewards

The Halloween login calendar begins on October 7, with days calculated in the UTC time zone. Logging in each day grants rewards including Pumpkins, two unique Halloween stickers, and two unique Halloween profile prints.

Completing every Calendar Day within a page grants two unique skin rewards with particles, handed out on October 18th and on Halloween Day. If you miss a login day, you can buy it back for 10 Robux to keep a page on track for those skins.

What to buy with Pumpkins before they reset

Gourdy’s Shop returns to the lobby. Ribecca, Soulvester, Eclipse, and Gourdy are all available again in the event shop, and their Twisteds only spawn while the event is active. The 2025 Halloween cosmetics also return to the shop.

Everything from the 2025 event returns, and the four Halloween Toons carry the same costs and requirements as last year:

ToonCostRequirement
Ribecca300 PumpkinsNone
Soulvester700 Pumpkins50% Research: Twisted Soulvester
Eclipse1,500 PumpkinsOwn 5 or more Toons
Gourdy3,000 Pumpkins + 2,500 Ichor100% Research: Twisted Gourdy

Three brand-new Halloween skins are also in Gourdy’s Shop, priced in Pumpkins and Ichor:

  • Fuzzy Beast Goob
  • Wicked Stitch Scraps
  • Toxic Experiment Waxwell

The shop also stocks five Halloween stickers for Pumpkins, with more promised, two new Halloween Profile Prints, and fresh Gourdy Gossip. Separately, a Spooky-Time Skin Pack Game Pass is available for 200 Robux during the event only, bundling skins for Ribecca, Soulvester, Eclipse, Gourdy, and Connie.

Bowl of Dandycorn and other additions

A Bowl of Dandycorn may appear randomly as a free item in Dandy’s Elevator Shop, where it grants the new Dandycorn item. Using it sends out a pulse that increases the speed of everyone in range by +15% for 10 seconds, just like Egg Basket.

Three new achievements are earnable only during the Halloween 2026 event, and Gourdy has a new quest to complete. Between the calendar skins, the Golden Quests, and the shop stock, the main thing to watch is the clock: once the event ends on November 6, any leftover Pumpkins are gone.
