Slime Seas brings back its original map as a single continuous world, with foes, quest NPCs, and waypoints placed throughout. The update also introduces World 5 and 32 new items, alongside changes to combat and progression, described in the patch notes shared by the studio on Discord. Enemies deal more damage and reward more gold, and loot drops at roughly twice the previous rate.

World 5: Forsaken Market, Guardian Sanctum, and Citadel Approach
World 5 opens three ancient ruin areas to explore: the Forsaken Market, the Guardian Sanctum, and the Citadel Approach. It comes stocked with new foes and two tougher fights to work toward.
Among the added foes are Battle Maid Slime, followed by Guardian Overseer; Dragonborn Vanguard and Phoenix Zealot also join the roster, then Lunarian Sentinel and Shadowborn Harvester, along with the giant Dragonborn Gatekeepers. To summon the new miniboss The Fallen Centurion, step onto the pad at the center of the Guardian Sanctum.
The new world boss, The Overlord, has his own arena. You unlock it at level 4,450.

The collection gains 32 items, from new shop weapons and the Crimson Knight armor set to Rare, Legendary, and Mythic weapons exclusive to bosses. Necromancer’s Void and the Lumi Scepters are among those weapons. Enemies in World 5 may also drop the new Forsaken Chest.
Four new materials arrive to feed the crafting benches:
- Battle Remnants
- Guardian Feathers
- Frost Seal
- Undead Seal
Players can make the Lord Steel armor set at the World Crafter, along with Momonga’s Staff. The Boss Crafter offers the Abyss Knight armor set; its other recipes are Frostsect Blade, plus the Vampiric Lord Sceptre, followed by Chrysalis Wing.
Combat and progression rebalance
Enemies are tougher and deal more damage, and XP has been adjusted to match the new pace. They now hand out more gold, and loot drops about twice as often, covering potions, essences, materials, and chests. In practice, each kill is harder but returns more.
Other changes and fixes
Humanoid foes now appear throughout every world: Humans and Fishmen, then Skypieans and Elves, followed by Djinn, Oni, Lunarians, Shadowborn, and Dragonborn. Each has a distinct trainer bounty. The opening tutorial takes less time: speak with Gobti, defeat a few slimes, then set out.
- Waypoint coverage has been expanded, and problems with existing points have been corrected.
- Problems affecting the boss board and quest tracker have been corrected.
- Improved server stability, with additional bug fixes.
The update is live now in Slime Seas Anime RPG on Roblox.
