Overwatch’s Season 5 Battle Pass runs on a full Halloween theme, swapping the heroes’ usual gear for ghosts, witches, and skeletons. Eight new skins sit across the track alongside sprays, charms, voice lines, currencies, and loot boxes, and you earn them all by playing matches and climbing tiers.

Every Season 5 Battle Pass skin
Eight hero skins make up the cosmetic core of the pass. Five are Legendary and three are Epic, and they unlock as you reach their tiers on the track.

Ghostly Belle Ashe sits at the very start of the track, and her matching B.O.B. design, spray, name card, and the Ghosty weapon charm cluster around her on the first page. Jack o’ Ripper gives Soldier: 76 a pumpkin head, while Ghost Bride wraps Mei in a white gown.
Mythic Prisms and how to spend them
The premium track hands out up to 80 Mythic Prisms, delivered in blocks of 10 across several pages. Those Prisms are not locked to a single cosmetic. You spend them in the Mythic Shop, so you can put them toward the season’s Dragon Shaoxia Wuyang Mythic skin, Lúcio’s Treblemaker Mythic weapon, or another option entirely.
Prisms are flexible, so completing the pass can still pay off if you pass on the new Mythic skin. Review the Mythic Shop choices before spending; the latest release doesn’t have to be your default pick.

Swapping out a Legendary you don’t want
Once you finish the opening section, the track lets you decide which Legendary reward to pursue first. With Premium, you can exchange an eligible Legendary reward through the Swap Pool for a returning cosmetic. Available picks include Witch Kiriko, Streetwear Hazard, Magma Sombra, and Evening Wear Tracer. These cosmetics are returning items, not new Season 5 debuts, so check the live menu before making a swap.
Deadline to earn everything
Every reward on the track stays claimable until December 7. Progress by playing matches, then open the Battle Pass menu to confirm a reward has unlocked. Each item you earn moves straight into your collection, where you can equip it from the Heroes tab.
Some items launching in the same window sit outside this track. Shadow Monarch and Overwatch Tech Witches are standalone limited collections, while the Starter Pack—not the pass—includes the Haunted Emre skin. If you want one of these, purchase its collection or pack directly; grinding tiers won’t unlock it.
