Four Asmodian regional quests run through Sanctum Outpost, a Fang Legion holdout in Altgard. Two sit at recommended level 22 and follow the commander Menrik’s hunt for an escaped Blood Blade. The other two sit at level 45 and defend the Fang Legion’s Temporary Retreat. Clearing all four hands out 8,299,112 XP along with Kina, crafting stones, titles and gear.

Quick answer: Four Asmodian regional quests sit at Sanctum Outpost, recommended for levels 22 to 45 and all unlocking at level 10. Together they give 8,299,112 XP plus Kina, Wisdom Stones, Daevanion Crystals and four titles.

Every reward from the four Sanctum Outpost quests

All four quests also pay out one Wisdom Stone (Bound) and one Daevanion Crystal (Bound) each, on top of the rewards below. The two level 45 quests give roughly nineteen times the XP of the level 22 pair.

The Menrik questline at level 22

These two quests tell one story. The Fang Legion captured a Blood Blade, tried to trade him for Balaur intelligence, and walked into a trap. Both quests unlock at level 10 and are recommended for level 22.

Blade of Vengeance

Blade of Vengeance opens with Nemon at the Forest Hideout and concludes when you report to Gamilla at the Watcher’s Tent. In Altgard, the Fang Legion serve as the eyes and ears of the scattered Asmodians. They recently captured a Blood Blade, who became hostile; commander Menrik was ready to kill him when the Blades proposed exchanging him for classified Balaur intelligence. It was a deception: the Blades attacked the hideout, an explosion killed a legionnaire, and the captive escaped with a second legionnaire as hostage. Menrik vowed to hunt him down.

Nemon can’t be seen working with the Blades, so she assigns you to take part in Menrik’s mission. Head to the Fang Hideout and help Menrik secure the area, first eliminating the hostile mobs around the Sanctum Outpost and then inspecting the Prison Cell that held the captive. Menrik gives you a direct warning: “They’re highly untrustworthy, so watch out for dirty tricks.” Once you return to the outpost, Gamilla thanks you and the quest is complete.

In the Fang Legion’s Name

In the Fang Legion’s Name picks up straight after. Menrik has gone after the escaped captive alone, and Gamilla, who starts the quest at the Watcher’s Tent, fears he will do something reckless. She asks you to find him before it is too late. You turn the quest in to Menrik himself at the Fang Hideout once he is safe.

Fang Legionnaire

Talk to a Fang Legionnaire at the hideout to trace Menrik’s movements. He hands you a confidential command document Menrik left behind.
Read the Fang Command document to learn where the commander is headed.
Talk to Aran, a newer legionnaire who was injured in the ambush and secretly followed Menrik out of guilt.
Aran directs you to a cave close to the Crash Site. She gives you its location: “He’s somewhere between Munin’s Bridge and the Dredgion Crash Site.”
Talk to Aran again so she can guide you the rest of the way.
Within the cave, you’ll find fragments of Balaur Dredgion technology and evidence that the Blades have been using the place.
Go farther inside and find Menrik battling the Blades posted there and Balaur called forth by the captive. Join the fight so he can finish it. The rescued hostage, Masocon, then rebukes Menrik for going alone. Menrik concedes that he now understands what it means to rely on his legionnaires. He thanks you, bringing the quest to a close.

Level 45 quests at the Temporary Retreat

The remaining two quests are endgame-weight, each worth 3,936,438 XP and 100,000 Kina. Both unlock at level 10 but are tuned for level 45 characters.

Mind Your Own Business

Mind Your Own Business is given and turned in by Gamilla at the Temporary Retreat. The Balaur have been raising far more Sanctum Watchtowers nearby, which means closer surveillance and a real risk the retreat gets discovered. As Gamilla puts it, “The Temporary Retreat will be discovered at this rate.” The Fang Legion lacks the numbers to handle it, so the work falls to you.

Search the marked sections of the Sanctum Outpost. Destroy 2 Sanctum Watchtower and defeat 13 Balaur chosen from the Draconute Ranger, Draconute Superior Combatant, Draconute Superior Ranger, Draconute Tinkerer, Dratona Tinkerer and Dratona Watcher. These level 18 watchtowers are non-aggressive Varian structures, with twenty spawn points distributed throughout the outpost. Return to Gamilla, who thanks you and confirms the retreat will stay safe a little longer.

Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology

Immortal Isle’s Distinct Ecology begins with Nivena at the Sanctum Outpost Cliff and ends when you turn it in to her at the Temporary Retreat. A Creion researcher, Nivena longs to investigate the Immortal Isle’s ecosystem, which is unlike the rest of Altgard, particularly because of its mutated Drana. Her height anxiety and motion sickness rule out travel by Windstream—the only way to reach the island—so you offer to gather specimens for her.

Use the Windstream to ride across to the Immortal Isle. Nivena notes you can also reach it from the Windstream to the southwest of Moslan Forest.
Arrive on the Immortal Isle itself.
Defeat Drana Mutant to gather the Immortal Isle Drana Mutant Specimen Nivena asked for. Bring it back to her at the Temporary Retreat, and she promises to credit you as a co-author in her research once the quest completes.

Each quest confirms completion the same way. The giver thanks you on the final turn-in and the quest clears from your tracker, dropping the XP, Kina and reward items into your inventory.
