Hellraiser: Revival — How to Unlock the Cemetery Gate

Find the Shed Key, crack the safe code 9606, grab the Graveyard Gate Inset, and burn Charlotte off your trail.

Find the Shed Key, crack the safe code 9606, grab the Graveyard Gate Inset, and burn Charlotte off your trail.

Once Charlotte chases Aidan out of the woods and down into the graveyard, you land in the remains of a church next to a locked cemetery gate. The gate uses a Grim Reaper sigil, and a piece of that mechanism is missing. You can’t force it open, so the whole section comes down to tracking down the missing part and getting back to the gate without Charlotte catching you.

Quick answer: Fit the Graveyard Gate Inset into the gate’s sigil. First, take the Shed Key from the bedroom nightstand in the house east of the graveyard; use it to unlock the shed and pick up the Inset.

Reach the house and grab the Shed Key

The gate is on your left when you drop in, but it’s sealed. Opposite it are some surveillance notes you can read for context before you move on. Your actual destination is the house on the far east side of the cemetery.

Head through the hole in the wall into the graveyard. The opening area has breakable boxes with loot and a group of cult members patrolling. You can fight through them or stay quiet, both work.
Navigate around the broken glass, turn into the graveyard’s second half, then head up the stairs toward the house. Ring the bell as you climb to claim its high-value item. The locked wooden shed is on the building’s left.
Go inside the house and search it. Check cabinets and shelves for healing items and crafting parts, grab the Inventory Space Upgrade from a cupboard, and use the save point. The Shed Key is on the bedside table in the back bedroom.

If you cross the entire graveyard undetected and reach the exit without using rocks or bottles as distractions, you unlock the A Quiet Place trophy.

Open the house safe with code 9606

Before you leave, read the note next to the Shed Key and check the photo in the same room. Both point to the safe in the kitchen, which takes the four-digit code 9606. Enter it to open the safe and clear out its contents.

Collect the Graveyard Gate Inset from the shed

Head back outside and use the Shed Key on the wooden shed to the left of the house. Inside you’ll find some resources along with the Graveyard Gate Inset sitting on a pile of logs. There’s a note here too. Pick up the Inset and a cutscene plays, after which Charlotte starts prowling the cemetery looking for you.

Get back to the gate past Charlotte

With Charlotte patrolling the grounds, make your way back to the gate. There are two workable approaches: hide among the bushes and gravestones, track her patrol, and cross the open area when she faces away. To draw her off, toss a rock or bottle somewhere away from your route and let her follow the sound. Or sprint back and try to outrun her.

Throwing rocks or bottles disqualifies you from the A Quiet Place trophy. If you want that reward, rely on stealth and timing instead of distractions.

Unlock the gate and burn Charlotte

At the gate, interact with the Grim Reaper sigil and place the Graveyard Gate Inset into the empty slot. The mechanism activates, the gate opens, and a cutscene triggers. Charlotte appears, knocks Aidan to the ground, and looms over him.

When you regain control, look up and shoot the lantern hanging above Charlotte. The fire sets her alight and drives her off, which also pops the Burn? Oh, Such a Limited Imagination trophy. With Charlotte gone, Aidan is free to walk through the open gate and move on to the next part of the level.
