Dealing the highest possible damage in Anime Zero comes from stacking several offensive bonuses at once rather than chasing one huge number. An awakened endgame weapon, a maxed Attack and Critical skill tree, the right trait, one accessory, and a damage title combine into a setup that clears bosses and raids fast.
Quick answer: Equip an awakened Cursed King, Cataclysm, or Flame Director, max the Attack and Critical skill tree branches, then run the Supernova trait, Blast Archer Crown accessory, and Flame Director title.
Full max damage loadout
Each slot contributes to the result: the bonuses stack to increase base damage, speed up attacks, reduce cooldowns, and add a sizable amount of critical chance.
| Build slot | Best choice |
|---|---|
| Weapon | Cursed King, Cataclysm, or Flame Director (awakened) |
| Skill tree | Attack, then Critical |
| Trait | Supernova |
| Accessory | Blast Archer Crown |
| Title | Flame Director |

Any of three weapons can anchor the endgame damage setup. You can begin with what you have rather than waiting for the rarest drop, since awakening and improving the rest of your loadout are just as important.

Cursed King
For a starting weapon, Cursed King is the simplest choice. You can obtain it as an Arcane weapon from summons, making it easier to get than Cataclysm while still supporting endgame damage. Reaching Arcane pity does not specifically award Cursed King; the Arcane reward is chosen at random. If you already have it, make it the focus of your build instead of leaving your setup incomplete until a rarer weapon appears.

Cataclysm
Cataclysm is a powerful weapon to pursue, though getting one takes considerably more effort. It has a 3,500-spin pity; Normal spins, Lucky spins, and free spins all advance a shared set of summon counters. Avoid spending every resource trying to pull it: without an awakening or support from the rest of your build, Cataclysm alone will not solve your DPS problems.
Flame Director
Flame Director is a strong endgame alternative that fits both setups covered here. If you own it already, keep using it rather than switching just because someone else runs Cursed King or Cataclysm.
Whichever weapon you pick, awaken it. Awakening unlocks its ultimate and adds a major attack to your rotation for boss fights and raids, so check the material requirements early and save them instead of spending everything on summons.
Skill tree: Attack then Critical
Both builds rely on the Attack and Critical branches. At maximum rank, Attack grants up to 60% more damage, while Critical grants up to 15% extra critical chance. These are the final totals for the fully upgraded branches, not bonuses layered on top of every earlier rank.
Invest in Attack first for its immediate damage boost, then turn to Critical. Using and leveling your weapon earns the tokens for these upgrades, so you can make progress through steady play instead of depending on lucky rolls.
Supernova trait
For the highest damage ceiling, choose Supernova. Its bonuses are +20% Attack Speed, +3 Walk Speed, +24% Damage, and +12% Cooldown Reduction. Together, these boosts increase your damage and attack pace while shortening ability downtime, which helps against bosses that outlast your opening rotation.
Until you roll Supernova, Ferocity or Hunter can serve as substitutes. Hold on to your rerolls if your weapon awakening, skill tree, or gear still needs work; there is no need to spend them all chasing the ideal trait.
Blast Archer Crown accessory
For a full damage setup, prioritize the Blast Archer Crown. It grants +12% HP, +7% Drop Rate, +20% Damage, and +7% Cooldown Reduction. Its 20% damage bonus is the main draw, while its cooldown reduction combines with Supernova’s so you can use skills more often. Since you can equip only one accessory and the Crown is costly, check its crafting requirements early and start saving the materials.
Flame Director title
Use the Flame Director title with either setup. It grants +15% Damage, +20% Max Health, +3.5 Walk Speed, +5% Cooldown Reduction, and +5% Drop Rate. Damage and cooldown reduction contribute most to DPS, while the extra health gives you more room to recover from mistakes. Earn the title by completing the raid as Flame Director without using your ultimate at any point during the run.
How the bonuses stack together
The full setup layers several smaller boosts instead of leaning on one stat. Combined, the pieces look like this:
- Attack skill tree: +60% Damage
- Critical skill tree: +15% Critical Chance
- Supernova: +24% Damage, +20% Attack Speed, +12% Cooldown Reduction
- Blast Archer Crown: +20% Damage, +7% Cooldown Reduction
- Title — Flame Director; bonuses: +15% Damage and +5% Cooldown Reduction
- Awakened weapon: adds its ultimate to your rotation
You know the build is working when your profile stats reflect the full stack, showing the combined damage boost, cooldown reduction, and critical chance after everything is equipped and maxed.
Cheaper Dead Eye crit build
If the Blast Archer Crown is beyond your reach, or you already own Dead Eye, a critical-focused build can approach the same DPS. Keep your awakened weapon, Attack and Critical skill tree, and Flame Director title unchanged. Make only two substitutions: replace Supernova with Dead Eye, then use Sunglasses in place of the Crown.
Dead Eye gives +20% Damage, +5% Critical Chance, and +50% Critical Damage. Sunglasses give +3% Damage, +11% Critical Chance, +1 Walk Speed, +5% Coins, and +4% HP. Sunglasses are an Epic accessory, so they are far easier to craft than the Mythic Crown.
How much critical chance the crit build has
In the finished critical setup, Dead Eye supplies 5% Critical Chance, Sunglasses add 11%, and the skill tree contributes 15%, for 31% total critical chance. That doesn’t guarantee a critical hit on every third attack; results remain random. Still, a long boss fight gives Dead Eye’s +50% critical damage plenty of opportunities to activate. This is why the cheaper option can keep pace with the Supernova build despite getting much less direct damage from its accessory.
Weapon synergies for your second slot
You can equip two weapons and swap between them, so your second slot adds stats through synergy bonuses. Pairing Cataclysm and Cursed King grants Tag Team for +5% Damage, and other combinations give their own effects.

| Weapon pair | Bonus |
|---|---|
| Sukuna + Alucard | +10% Damage |
| Luffy + Shanks | +15% Max Health |
| Goku + Killua | -10% Cooldowns |
| Juuzou + Nagumo | +20% Ultimate Charge |
| Guts + Saber | +5% Damage, +8% Max Health |
| Miyabi + Saber | +8% Speed, -5% Cooldowns |
| Any other pair | +5% Damage |
Even without a special pairing, two strong weapons still grant the default +5% damage synergy, so filling the second slot is always worth it. Between the two builds, take the full Supernova and Blast Archer Crown route if you already have the trait and the Crown materials, and fall back to Dead Eye and Sunglasses when you want a cheaper setup or have already rolled Dead Eye.
