Version 7.1 Phase 2 runs for 21 days, from October 13 to November 3, with the banners for Skirk (“Void Star’s Advent”) and Escoffier (“La Chanson Cerise”) in rotation. Across that window, a player who clears the regular content and claims every event, code, and shop reward can build up a sizable stack of pulls without spending money. The totals below separate free-to-play earnings from what a Blessing of the Welkin Moon subscriber adds on top.
Quick answer: Free-to-play players can collect about 4,120 Primogems and 25 Intertwined Fates (roughly 25 wishes) during Phase 2, while Welkin Moon players reach around 6,010 Primogems and 38 wishes over the same 21 days.

The Paimon’s Bargains line is counted as Primogem value rather than raw Primogems. The five Intertwined Fates you buy there are worth 800 Primogems but are kept as a separate count in the final total.
Endgame and shop resets land on November 1
Three recurring rewards refresh during Phase 2, and they account for the largest single chunk of pulls outside of daily commissions. All of them reset on November 1, which falls inside the phase.
Paimon’s Bargains resets its monthly stock on that date. The relevant purchase is five Intertwined Fates through the Stardust Exchange, each costing 75 Masterless Stardust, for a combined 800 Primogems in value. Stardust accumulates automatically as you make wishes, so the fates are effectively free to claim.
The Imaginarium Theater begins a new cycle on November 1: a full clear can award up to 1,000 Primogems, while reaching Act 8 grants 620. The Spiral Abyss resets once during this phase as well; earning all 36 stars gives 800 Primogems, and clearing through Floor 11 gives about 600.
If you cannot reach the top tiers of Theater and Abyss, use the Act 8 and Floor 11 figures instead. That lowers the total by just under 600 Primogems rather than costing you the full amount.
Events, trials, and daily check-ins
The limited-time event Predictive Victory Dynamics contributes 420 Primogems across its run. Smaller amounts come in on top of that: the HoYoLAB daily check-in gives 20 Primogems over the phase, and the featured character test runs for Skirk and Escoffier pay 20 Primogems apiece for 40 total once both are completed.
Version 7.2 livestream codes on October 23
The Version 7.2 Special Program is set to air on October 23. As with every program, it hands out three temporary codes worth 100 Primogems each, for 300 Primogems in total. A standard end-of-patch code adds another 60 Primogems near the close of the version.
Livestream codes expire quickly, usually within a day or two of the broadcast, so redeem them promptly. You can enter them in-game through Settings or on the official redemption page.
A redeemed code confirms success with an on-screen message, and the rewards arrive in your in-game mail. An expired or already-used code returns an invalid message instead.
Free-to-play and Welkin Moon totals
Adding every source together, a free-to-play account finishes Phase 2 with about 4,120 Primogems and 25 Intertwined Fates. Counting the fates as pulls, that works out to roughly 25 wishes, or around 5,080 Primogems of equivalent value.
Blessing of the Welkin Moon adds 90 Primogems each day. Over the 21-day phase that is 1,890 extra Primogems, lifting the subscriber total to roughly 6,010 Primogems and about 38 Intertwined Fates, or 38 wishes.
What comes after in Version 7.2
Version 7.2 brings two confirmed new characters, Mitya (“Rules Set at Naught”) and Valeriy (“Fort Deliporation”). Reruns for Zibai and Furina have been circulating as rumors but are not confirmed. If you are saving specifically for either of the Phase 2 banners, the numbers above show how far free earnings can take you before Skirk and Escoffier rotate out on November 3.
