Group D closes out the Round of 16 in Predictive Victory Dynamics, the prediction event running inside Genshin Impact Version 7.1. The fourth daily round pitted two more pairs of simulated teams against each other, and backing both winners pushed one player’s running Prediction Score across a reward milestone.
Quick answer: In Group D, What Does the Ninken Say? and Round-and-Frost Assault both won. A 50-emblem bet on each returned 1,500 and 1,750 points, a 3,250-point round that raised the total score to 9,750.
How Group D fits into the event
Predictive Victory Dynamics takes place in Natlan’s Children of Echoes territory, where a Combat Simulator runs 16 battles across 8 rounds. A new round opens every 24 hours, and you wager Victory Emblems on the team you expect to win rather than fighting yourself. Group D was the final Round of 16 bracket, unlocking on October 15, 2026.
Results are not scored until you view the battle report. Opening the “Round of 16 – Group D” Results Announcement and activating the Interactive Woven Scroll Projection Board plays back the live battles before the points are calculated.

| Match | Winner | Multiplier | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | What Does the Ninken Say? | 30x | 1,500 |
| 2 | Round-and-Frost Assault | 35x | 1,750 |
In Match 1, What Does the Ninken Say? defeated Simple-Soul Hilichurl Fighters. The Swiftshadow Ninken kept throwing out waves of projected slashes and sealed the result with its signature finisher, outlasting the Hilichurls’ numbers-first approach.

Match 2 sent Ultra-Ancient Heavy Assault Formation’s Ruin Guards against the Hydro and Cryo Slimes and Specters of Round-and-Frost Assault. The fight ran long enough to enter the Vicious Battle phase, where both sides take continuous damage, and the Round-and-Frost squad’s coordinated freeze carried it to the win.
How the 3,250 points were scored
In each match, the winning side received 50 emblems. The payout was calculated using the emblem stake and a score multiplier based on the team’s Support Rate, meaning the proportion of players who backed that side. A team with less support usually got a larger multiplier when it won.
Match 1 applied a 30x multiplier for 1,500 points, and Match 2 applied 35x for 1,750. Together that produced a round score of 3,250 points, with both predictions marked successful.

The 8,000 Prediction Score reward
Prediction Score is cumulative across rounds. Adding the 3,250 points from Group D to a prior total of 6,500 brought the running score to 9,750, which crosses the 8,000 milestone on the Prediction Score track.
After meeting the score requirement, collect the reward through the Prediction Rewards menu: 40 Primogems plus 2 Guide to Contention talent books.
Reaching the threshold does not hand you the reward automatically. You confirm it by opening Prediction Rewards and claiming the 8,000-point tier, after which it shows as collected.
What opens after Group D
With the Round of 16 finished, the bracket moves into Quarterfinals – Group A, which is now open for predictions. This round distributes 300 Victory Emblems and runs on its own 24-hour timer. The two matchups are:
- In Match 1, Saurians Are The Cutest has 58% support, while Little Fungi Clan has 42%.
- In Match 2, Mirror Fruity Order has 23% support, and Unofficial Blazing Beasts Members has 77%.
Support Rate locks at a set point before each battle begins, so the percentages shown early in the window can shift before the multiplier is fixed. The full event remains open through October 19 (UTC-4), with a separate results period afterward for viewing replays and claiming any unlocked tiers.
