Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 – Crushing Heresy: Every Secret and Purity Seal

Crushing Heresy drops you into a Chaos-infested industrial complex packed with crushing conveyor belts, spinning cogs, flame jets, and locked doors. Five collectibles are scattered across it: four Secrets and one Purity Seal. Nearly all of them sit off the main objective path and need an unusual move to reach, so it is easy to walk past every one of them on a first run.

Quick answer: Collect all five by moving against the first piston conveyor, dropping into the hole by the lift, crossing the wires above the cogs, checking the last gap on the right in the flame hall, and dropping right off the purple door walkway.

Here is every pickup in the order you reach it, so you can plan a single clean run or confirm what you still need.

Secret 1/4: Machine Spirit at the first conveyor belt

Your first Secret sits on the route toward the red key, on a conveyor belt lined with overhead crushers and fire hazards. The catch is that the belt pushes you one way while the pickup is the other way.

Drop onto the conveyor belt with the pistons slamming down on the sides. Instead of riding it forward, turn around and push against its direction.

Work your way to the far end of the belt, timing your movement around the crusher pistons and flame bursts. The pickup sits in the corner nook at the end.

Grab the swirling green Machine Spirit item. You will see the “SECRET DISCOVERED” banner and the “Machine Spirit: Praise the Omnissiah!” message, and your counter ticks to 1/4.

The pistons keep firing while you move against the belt. If you fall off, you have to climb back and start the run across it again.

Secret 2/4: Dragonfire Boltgun magazine under the lift

Shortly after the piston belts, still heading for the red key, you reach a room with a lift in the corner. There is a hidden drop point right next to it.

Before you step onto the lift, look at the wall panel to the left of the doorway and activate the switch.

Drop into the opening beneath the lift and follow the dark duct along to its end.

Pick up the Dragonfire Boltgun magazine to trigger “SECRET DISCOVERED” and move the counter to 2/4.

It is easy to miss this hole while fighting the enemies in the room. If you ride the lift up first, getting back down to the Secret is awkward.

Purity Seal: Above the spinning cogs

The level’s only Purity Seal is in the chamber filled with giant rotating cogs, reached through the red door marked with the Sigma [Σ] symbol. Getting it means some platforming above the machinery.

Enter the gear chamber and find the wire or thick cable on the left side. Climb it up to reach the elevated wiring.

Jump across the wires strung above the spinning cogs, working toward the Seal mounted against the machinery.

Touch the glowing red wax seal to get “YOU DISCOVERED A PURITY SEAL!” along with +50 Boltgun ammo.

This is the only Purity Seal on Crushing Heresy, and it counts toward collecting every Purity Seal in the game. If you cannot spot the climb, scan the left wall of the cog area carefully.

Secret 3/4: Munitions Boon in the flamethrower hall

After the cog chamber you reach a corridor lined with flame jets and gaps along the sides. The Secret hides in one of those gaps.

Move through the hall, timing your jumps across the crossbeams between bursts of flame.

Head to the last gap on the right and leap into the elevated vent opening there.

Collect the Munitions Boon crate. “SECRET DISCOVERED” and “Munitions Boon: Lock and Load!” appear, pushing your total to 3/4.

Do not blow past this gap while clearing the enemies patrolling the corridor. Pushing ahead means doubling back through the flames.

Secret 4/4: Emperor’s Visage past the purple door

The final pickup sits just outside the purple door marked with the Phi [Φ] symbol. It is only a few steps from the entrance, but you have to look down to find it.

Unlock and open the purple door using the purple key terminal, then step out onto the exterior metal walkway over the drop.

Look down over the right-hand railing and find the lower metal platform below.

Drop carefully onto that ledge to grab the glowing golden Emperor’s Visage wreath.

Picking it up triggers “SECRET DISCOVERED” and “EMPEROR’S VISAGE! HIS LIGHT SHINES UPON YOU!”, awards +100 Faith, and completes the set at 4/4.

Do not sprint down the main path after the door opens. The ledge is right beside the entrance, and it is simple to overshoot.

Confirming you cleared the level

You have everything when the level tally reads Secrets 4/4 and Seal 1/1. Each Secret fires its own “SECRET DISCOVERED” banner, the gear-room pickup shows “YOU DISCOVERED A PURITY SEAL!”, and the counters on the map screen update as you collect each one. With the Machine Spirit, Dragonfire Boltgun magazine, Purity Seal, Munitions Boon, and Emperor’s Visage all in hand, Crushing Heresy is fully cleared and you can push on through the facility.
