Medusini and Demonini is one of the newest Secret brainrots in Steal a Brainrot. It is a duo of a yellow-green Medusa with five snake heads and a dark horned demon. The usual copy comes off the red carpet. A Strawberry version first appeared during a developer-run admin abuse session, where it came out of the Haunted Fuse Machine on the third fusion of the night.

The duo arrived with Halloween Part 2, which is part of the Spooky Skeletons event in Update 71. It was added to the game on October 17, 2026. In normal play you buy it when it walks down the red carpet, like other runway-themed brainrots. You can also steal it under the game’s usual stealing rules.

Mutations multiply that $180M/s base in the standard way. A Yin Yang copy (7.5x) earns $1.35B/s. Divine (10x) earns $1.8B/s, and Crystal (13x) earns $2.34B/s. Traits stack more bonuses on top. That is how a fused copy can end up far above any of these numbers.
Spooky Skeletons and the Eclipse Event
The session took place while the Eclipse Event was live. Players got a free spin when they joined, and a spooky skeleton set was added to the index. The same patch rebalanced several older Secrets, including Kalika Bros, Cola Cat and La Secret Combinasion. Kalika Bros now earns $190M/s, Cola Cat earns $160M/s and La Secret Combinasion earns $95M/s.

All three fusions used an Orchidox as the anchor. Each time it was paired with three high-mutation Secrets. The developer, Sammy, skipped the fusion timer on every attempt, so the results came out right away instead of after the normal wait.

Fuse 1: Cyber recipe into Plant Bros
The first recipe used a default Orchidox ($215M/s, $213B), a Cyber Venuspino ($1.3B/s) and two Cyber Los Hackers Is Calling… ($3.9B/s and $4.2B/s). On paper it was a Cyber John Pork recipe.
Once the timer was skipped, the machine produced a Plant Bros. That Secret has a 50% chance of rolling from this mix. Plant Bros is listed at $300B, and fused copies showed incomes between $6.9B/s and $13.88B/s depending on traits.
Fuse 2: Divine Halo into a second Plant Bros
The second run switched to a Gold Orchidox ($2.3B/s, $215B). It was paired with three Divine Secrets: Venuspino ($1.7B/s), Lavadorito Spinito ($80M/s) and Capitano Moby. This recipe also has a 50% chance of Plant Bros, and it landed on Plant Bros again.
Fuse 3: Yin Yang Strawberry into Medusini and Demonini
The third recipe put another Gold Orchidox next to three Yin Yang Secrets. Those were Venuspino ($1.3B/s), Eviledon ($771.7M/s) and Money Money Puggy ($399M/s). None of the three is expensive by Orchidox standards, since Eviledon is listed at $3.5B and Money Money Puggy at $2.6B. Venuspino and the Gold Orchidox carry most of the cost.
This fusion produced Medusini and Demonini with the Strawberry trait, which gives the pair a red look. It was the first Strawberry copy in the game. Other players in the server reacted in chat as soon as it appeared.

After the fusion, the duo was trait-farmed in the same session until it was fully maxed. Its card ended up listing these traits:

With all of those traits, the Strawberry copy showed $9.8B/s, while still carrying the $165B value. That is more than 50 times the default $180M/s. The base cash multiplier shown on the HUD went from x22.3 up to x27.3 over the session as more brainrots were added and upgraded.
Brainrots placed in the open can be lost. During the Coffin Stamp event, one of the fused Plant Bros was knocked into a hazard line and lost for good.

Two Skull Lucky Blocks were opened, giving one Cursed and one Phantom Grim Cheese. Sammy also posted a riddle in chat for an Elephant brainrot code. No answer or reward for it was confirmed. The red carpet is still the regular way to get Medusini and Demonini. The Haunted Fuse Machine is the only route that has produced a Strawberry copy so far, and only from the Yin Yang Strawberry recipe built around a Gold Orchidox.
