Skate Tree is in the middle of its Halloween Update, the headline event on the game’s calendar right now. The seasonal content run opened on October 18 and is set to close on October 31 at 4:00 PM ET (1:00 PM PT, 8:00 PM GMT), and it has pulled in more interest than anything else the developer has scheduled this month — about 1,800 players have marked themselves as interested. There’s over a week left before it wraps.
The skateboarding experience from RNE Third Vault is still in beta, but it has already found a crowd. Around about 7,000 people are skating at any given moment, and the game has logged about 7,500,000 visits and about 45,000 favorites. It crossed its first million visits only in mid-October, so the audience has grown quickly.
A second event, an all-districts rotation, is live alongside the Halloween content through October 27. Halloween Update
The Halloween Update is Skate Tree’s marquee event this month, a new-content drop themed around the holiday. It began on October 18 at 4:00 PM ET and runs through October 31 at the same time, giving players roughly two weeks with the seasonal additions. With about 1,800 interested players, it has comfortably the largest turnout of anything on the calendar, and its end date lands on Halloween night itself.
All Maps
Running from October 20 at 1:54 PM ET through October 27 at 3:53 PM ET, the All Maps event opens up every district in the game at once. It’s a smaller, quieter addition than the Halloween push and has drawn only a single RSVP so far, but it gives players a reason to tour the full map while the seasonal event is on. 1M Visits Board
To mark the game passing one million visits, the developer dropped a limited-time code for a new board in the Skate Tree community server. It ran for a single day, from October 14 to October 15 (4:00 PM ET on both days), and drew a few hundred interested players. The code was only redeemable during that window.
University District
Live from October 11 through October 15, the University District update added the full university district area along with a complete interface overhaul and a VIP gamepass. It was the larger of the two updates that preceded the Halloween content and helped set up the busy stretch the game is in now.
