How to redeem codes in Your Zoo!

Codes in Your Zoo! are redeemed through the in-game shop menu. You only need to enter each code once on your account.

Start Roblox and launch Your Zoo!, then wait for your zoo plot to load.

Look at the left side of the screen and press the Shop button, which is represented by a small cart icon.

In the shop interface, scroll all the way down to the bottom until you see the code text box or Codes section.

Click in the text box and type the code exactly as shown, matching all letters and numbers.

Press the green Use button to submit the code and apply the reward to your account.

Tip: Codes are case-sensitive. If a valid code is not working, check for extra spaces before or after the text or a mistyped character.

Why a Your Zoo! code might not work

If a Your Zoo! code fails to redeem, one of a few common issues is usually responsible.

Check the spelling of the code closely. Verify every character, including numbers and capitalization, and make sure there are no spaces at the beginning or end.

Try redeeming the code again in a new server instance by leaving Your Zoo! and rejoining, then reopening the shop and entering the code once more.

If the game shows an expired or invalid message after a second attempt, treat the code as no longer active. Codes for Roblox experiences are often disabled without much notice once a goal or event period ends.
