Quick answer: World of Warcraft: Forever gives Warriors 53 talents: Arms has 17, Fury has 18, and Protection has 18. Talent points become available at level 10, and each tree ends with Mortal Strike, Bloodthirst, or Shield Slam.
All three trees work the same way. You spend points from the top down, and each tree’s strongest effects sit behind single-point gold medal talents. The tree you invest in decides whether your Warrior wins fights through raw weapon damage, Rage generation or survival.
How Warrior talents work in WoW Forever
Your first talent point arrives at level 10; you gain another at each level after that, for a total of 51 by level 60. Each tree contains seven rows. The first is available with your initial point, and each later row unlocks when you invest 5 additional points in that tree. You need 30 points to access row 7.
- A gold medal talent uses one point and appears at tree totals of 11, 16, 21, and 31 points.
- The 16-point gold medal is new in WoW Forever. The 11, 21 and 31 slots follow the familiar layout.
- To reset talents, including Legacy talents, go to a class trainer in a major city. The visit resets both.
- Dual Specialization unlocks at level 40, so you can keep two Warrior talent setups.

The Warrior’s role in WoW Forever
Whichever tree you choose, the Warrior is still the game’s melee specialist. It can deal heavy damage or soak it, and it is the only melee class that can keep up sustained damage against several melee targets at once. Its toolkit covers almost any situation, and it brings buffs and debuffs that no other class can supply.
The Warrior’s weak spot is recovery. It has no easy way to heal back after taking too much damage, which is why Protection’s survival tools like Last Stand matter. Parties and raids welcome Warriors as either tanks or damage dealers, and with Dual Specialization at level 40 you can keep both roles ready.
