How to redeem Pokemon UNITE codes
Codes are entered through the Gift Exchange feature, which links out to a web page tied to your account. Follow these steps from inside the game.
Where redeemed rewards show up
Successfully redeemed codes do not add items instantly. Rewards are sent through in-game mail, and delivery can take up to 48 hours after submitting a code. Once a reward lands in your mailbox, you have 30 days to claim it before it disappears.
Your mailbox holds a maximum of 50 messages. If it fills up, the oldest entries get deleted automatically, so clear out old mail before redeeming a new batch of codes to avoid losing rewards.

New codes tend to surface around major updates, new Pokemon launches, and anime tie-in campaigns rather than on a fixed schedule. The official English account @PokemonUNITE and the Japanese account @poke_unite_jp are where the developers typically post them first.
Codes also carry their own expiration windows separate from the mail claim timer, so a code that works today may stop functioning within days. Redeeming a code as soon as it appears is the only way to guarantee the reward before it lapses.
