Path to Glory Team 2 is the second wave of dynamic cards in EA FC 26’s Festival of Football, and it is live in Ultimate Team right now. These items track real nations at the 2026 World Cup and gain stat boosts as those teams win matches and advance, with the headline cards capable of climbing all the way to 99 OVR. Jude Bellingham, Alexander Isak, Florian Wirtz, Iñaki Williams, and Jules Koundé lead the squad at 96.
Quick answer: Team 2 is available in packs from June 12 through Friday, June 19. The pack pool is fronted by five 96-rated cards (Bellingham, Isak, Wirtz, Williams, Koundé), with additional Team 2 players locked behind SBCs, Objectives, and the Festival of Football token store.
Path to Glory Team 2 release window
Path to Glory runs across two one-week squads. Team 1 went live on June 5 and stopped being available when Team 2 arrived. Team 2 runs for one week and ends on Friday, June 19, when the next Festival of Football promo, Greats of the Game, takes over with a single squad. Once Team 2 leaves packs, you can no longer pull these specific items, so the seven-day window matters.
Note: some reward cards carry over from Team 1, so a player you missed in the first week can still be earned through Team 2 content during this window.

How Path to Glory upgrades trigger
Every Path to Glory item starts at a base rating and gains permanent boosts as its nation progresses at the 2026 World Cup. The deeper a country runs in the tournament, the higher its cards climb, peaking at a 99 OVR if a team lifts the trophy. The upgrade path is the same for each card.
| Condition | Reward |
|---|---|
| Win 1 group-stage match | 99 sub-attribute |
| Win 3 group-stage matches | 99 sub-attribute |
| Qualify for Round of 32 | +1 OVR |
| Qualify for Round of 16 | +1 PS+ (max 4) or +1 PS |
| Qualify for Quarter-finals | 5/5 skill moves / weak foot |
| Qualify for Semi-finals | +1 OVR |
| Qualify for Final | One face stat goes to 99 |
| Win the Final | 99 OVR and +1 PS+ |
Because the boosts are tied to real results, the smart move is to weigh a card’s nation before committing coins or fodder. A player from a side with a realistic route to the quarters or semis carries far more upgrade potential than one whose country is likely to exit early.
How to confirm you have a Team 2 card
A genuine Path to Glory item shows the promo design and a live upgrade tracker on the card, listing the conditions above and which tiers have already unlocked. Pack pulls land directly in your unassigned items, SBC and Objective rewards appear once the final challenge or task reads complete, and token store cards are added after you redeem them. If a card you wanted does not drop from packs before June 19, you can still buy it on the transfer market while sellers list it, though prices typically rise once World Cup results start triggering upgrades.
With Greats of the Game arriving June 19 and Glory Hunters, Phenoms, and Summer Stars scheduled across the following weeks, Team 2 is one piece of a heavy summer rotation, so plan your coins and fodder around the seven-day clock.
