Wizard Alchemy Pirate Cave Gate: Relics, Order, and Rewards

Place three boss relics on the pedestals in the right order to unlock the sealed gate near Pirate's Hideout Island.

Place three boss relics on the pedestals in the right order to unlock the sealed gate near Pirate’s Hideout Island.

The Pirate Adventure update dropped a hidden treasure room into Wizard Alchemy on Roblox, and the gate guarding it stays sealed until you solve a relic puzzle. Three pedestals sit inside a pitch-black cave, and each one wants a specific item dropped by a boss somewhere else on the map. Get the items in the right slots and the stone door slides open.

Quick answer: Head to the shipwreck northwest of Pirate’s Hideout Island, enter the cave, and place the Dwarf Emblem on the first pedestal, Lava Behemoth Remains on the second, and the Cursed Ring on the third. The gate opens once all three sit in that order.

Pirate Cave location in Wizard Alchemy

The cave is tucked into the rocks near the shipwreck on the northwest side of Pirate’s Hideout Island. To get there, go to the Sea of Oblivion, hop on your broom, and fly across the open sea behind the Departure ISL portal until the on-screen arrow points you toward the Pirate Hideout. Land on the shipwreck beach, turn toward the water, and you will spot the cave entrance.

The interior is extremely dark, which makes the three pedestals hard to find. Bring a Fluorescence Potion to light the place up. It is not strictly required, but without it you will be stumbling around blind.

To craft the Fluorescence Potion, break the small shells scattered around the island for materials. Skip the big shell, since it is heavily armored. Keep hitting the little ones until you have enough to brew the potion.

The three relics and their pedestal order

You can drop any material onto the pedestals, but only one exact combination unlocks the gate. The order matters as much as the items. Use the table below to match each relic to its slot and source.

PedestalRelicWhere it drops
1stDwarf EmblemPickaxe Dwarf in Departure ISL
2ndLava Behemoth RemainsLava Behemoth boss in Ashen Ruins
3rdCursed RingGhost Captain boss in Pirate’s Hideout

Gather all three before you start placing anything so you do not have to backtrack. The Dwarf Emblem is the easiest of the set, since Pickaxe Dwarfs roam the starting region and drop it at a 100% rate. Lava Behemoth Remains comes from the Lava Behemoth boss and also happens to be the highest Magic Power material in the game, so farming a few spares is worth it.

Start the Pirate Adventure quest first

The relic hunt is tied to a questline that points you to each clue. The quest is part of the Pirate Adventure event, which runs through June 19. Starting it gives you the clues that lead to all three materials.

On the main part of Pirate’s Hideout Island, find the Spirit-Wendyn NPC trapped in a cage and clear the skeleton enemies around her. Freeing her rewards you with the Captain’s Log, your first clue.
Fly back to Departure ISL and go to the treehouse on the left side of the spawn point where Spirit-Wendyn now lives. Talk to her and grab Clue I from the table.
Follow Clue I to the bush-hidden cave near spawn where the Optimistic Miner NPC introduces chests. Run to the first set of enemies, turn right, hop the platform, then go left into the mine and enter the bushes on the right. Use your light spell to read the wall, then defeat a few Pickaxe Dwarfs outside for the Dwarf Emblem.
Take Clue II to the small volcano in the Sea of Oblivion, sitting between the Departure ISL portal and the Enchantment island. Drop into the lava and head to the bottom to collect the Lava Behemoth Remains. Accepting the Harryint NPC quest to defeat the Lava Behemoth boss is the simplest way to farm it.
For Clue III, return to Pirate’s Hideout Island and look for the giant pink shell on the left side of the beach. Dive into the water behind it and keep going until you reach the underwater cave, where the Cursed Ring clue waits on the ceiling.

How to get the Cursed Ring

The Cursed Ring is the trickiest piece, and there are two ways to get it. The first is farming bosses. The Mutant Pirate Captain, Mutant Pirate Raider, and Ghost Captain each have a 5% drop chance, so grinding with other players speeds things up considerably.

The second method uses the wishing wells scattered around the Pirate island. Collect Lucky Coins by beating the Pirate-themed NPCs, then toss a coin into a well for a 20% increased chance at the ring.

Pirate Cave rewards

Opening the gate does not just hand over the loot. A Mutant Pirate Captain waits inside and has to be defeated first. Past that fight, the cave holds a cluster of rare chests and a new wand for sale.

The Fin of the Tides wand costs 100,000 Cash and is built for water builds, pairing well with spells like Abyssal Water Potion or Water Cannon Potion. Its stats are below.

Fin of the Tides wandValue
Attack60
Attack Boost40%
Water Damage Boost30%
Cost100,000 Cash

If your build leans on water spells, the 30% Water Damage Boost makes the Fin of the Tides one of the stronger picks here. For other elements, you may be better off saving your Cash and farming the chests for materials instead.

How to confirm the gate opened

You will know it worked when a magic spell triggers and the stone gate slides open after the third relic is placed, clearing a path deeper into the cave. If the door stays shut, the cause is almost always placement. Double-check that the Dwarf Emblem is in the first slot, Lava Behemoth Remains in the second, and the Cursed Ring in the third. A wrong item, or the right items in the wrong positions, keeps the gate locked.
