Frost Empress Title in Sailor Piece (Ice Queen Boss Drop)

Spawn the Ice Queen boss with Frost Relic, fight on high difficulty, and farm the title drop for the Ice Queen Sword.

Spawn the Ice Queen boss with Frost Relic, fight on high difficulty, and farm the title drop for the Ice Queen Sword.

The Frost Empress title is a late-game damage title in Sailor Piece, added with the Ice Update on April 8, 2026. It only drops from the Ice Queen boss, and it carries a heavy damage boost of around +87.5%. You also cannot unlock the Ice Queen Sword without it, which makes it a hard gate for endgame progression.

Quick answer: Travel to Boss Island, spawn the Ice Queen boss with Frost Relic through the Boss Summoner NPC, and defeat her on the highest difficulty you can clear. The Frost Empress title is a random drop, so repeat the fight until it lands.

What you need to spawn the Ice Queen boss

The title never comes from regular mobs. It only drops after you beat the Ice Queen boss, and that boss has to be summoned with Frost Relic plus money and gems. Higher difficulty costs more Frost Relic but pays back with a better title drop chance, so save up materials before you start a session.

How to get the Frost Empress title

Open the portal and teleport to Boss Island. This is where the Ice Queen NPC and the Boss Summoner NPC both stand.
Talk to the Boss Summoner NPC and pick the Ice Queen boss. Choose a difficulty that matches your damage. Higher difficulty raises the title drop rate but makes the fight tougher and longer.
Pay the Frost Relic, money, and gem cost to spawn her. The boss appears in the arena once the materials are confirmed.
Defeat the Ice Queen. The Frost Empress title is a chance drop on each kill, so it may not appear on the first attempt. Respawn the boss and repeat the fight until the title lands in your inventory.

Note: A team makes the fight faster if your damage is still low, but you can solo the Ice Queen once your build is strong enough.

Farm Frost Relic faster for more boss runs

Each boss run burns Frost Relic, so steady farming is what really speeds up the grind. Frost Relic is a random drop from NPC mobs, and bosses do not drop it, so you can skip them entirely. Stock a buffer of relics before you commit to high-difficulty spawns.

  • Farm Arena Fighters on Lawless Island for the best relic rate. Shinjuku Island and Ninja Island mobs also work.
  • Run a high-damage build so you can clear a full wave in one shot and reset faster.
  • Push your luck stat above 100% with the best titles, races, and clans. More luck means more relics per wave.
  • Stack extra luck from the skill tree, plus upgrades from the Infinite Tower shop and Boss Rush.

What the Frost Empress title unlocks

Beyond the damage boost, the title is a required ingredient for the Ice Queen Sword, one of the strongest weapons in the current meta. To craft the sword at the Ice Queen NPC you need the Frost Empress title alongside 40,000 Gems, 1 Ice Core, 4 Frozen Brand, 9 Glacier Remnant, 17 Battle Shard, and 25 Frost Relic.

If you plan to use the sword long term, the F move adds a further damage boost. Unlocking it requires the Frostbane clan, the Ice Queen Sword, 2 Ice Core, 10 Frozen Brand, and 85 Frost Relic at the Ice Queen Mastery NPC.

How to confirm it worked

You will see the Frost Empress title added to your title list after a successful Ice Queen kill, and equipping it applies the damage boost to your build. If the title does not appear, the only cause is the random drop. It is not guaranteed per kill, so the fix is simply more runs, ideally on the highest difficulty your damage can handle for a better chance each time.
