Yangyang returns in a new 5-star form called Yangyang: Xuanling. She switches into the Havoc attribute and keeps a sword as her weapon. This makes her one of the new Havoc options arriving in the patch.
She is positioned as a Havoc Bane DPS that leans on the Negative Status Effect to deal damage. In story terms, she is expected to lead the Rover into Mengzhou, the second city of Huanglong, during the new quest content.
Suisui (Glacio, Rectifier)

Suisui is the second confirmed addition. She uses a Rectifier and carries the Glacio element. Her background ties her to a noble family from Mingting, Huanglong’s capital city, and she features in the patch’s main story quests.
She is shaped as an HP-scaling support that can back up the Negative Status Effect archetype. That utility points toward team fits alongside units such as Hiyuki and Lucilla.
Rover’s Electro form in version 3.5
The protagonist is also in line for a new attribute during this update. Rover is expected to gain an Electro form, which would become the fourth element they can use in combat alongside Spectro, Havoc, and Aero.
This new form is tied to story progress. You will likely unlock it by clearing the main quest connected to version 3.5, matching how Rover’s earlier elemental kits became available through the campaign.
For now, the 3.5 cast is compact, with a reworked Yangyang and the newcomer Suisui anchoring the Mengzhou chapter while Rover’s Electro form expands the protagonist’s toolkit.
