The current S-tier carries, supports, and tanks worth chasing during rerolls, with reasons each unit lands where it does.

Dragon Raja: ReRise leans heavily on character synergy, so where you spend pulls and upgrade resources decides how far you climb in both PvE and PvP. The roster splits into Attackers, Defenders, and Supporters, and a small group of units carries entire teams while the rest exist to enable them.

Quick answer: Aim for Erii (S-tier AoE carry with anti-heal), Elizabeth (full-team healing, cleanse, and revival), and Meliodas (counter-based burst that scales at higher awakenings). Constantine, Kogure Sakurai, and Susie round out the strongest reroll targets.

How the tier ranks are decided

Each unit is weighed on raw combat impact across damage, healing, buffing, and debuffing, plus how well it holds up without a team built specifically around it. S-tier units perform in nearly any composition. Lower tiers either need setup time, rely on narrow synergy, or fall off once stronger options unlock.

TierMeaning
SMeta-defining damage or support that works in almost any team across PvE and PvP.
AExcellent, but usually needs setup time, a specific synergy, or has one clear limit.
BSolid in the right team, held back by defensive-only buffs, weak synergy, or inconsistent scaling.
CSituational or early-game only, outclassed by current meta picks.

S-tier characters

These six form the backbone of top teams. Erii and Elizabeth are the safest reroll outcomes, covering damage and sustain respectively, while Susie and Kogure Sakurai punch well above their SR rarity.

CharacterRarityWhy this tierBest for
Erii
Erii
SSRMassive AoE that grows as targets lose HP, plus Healing Reversal to shut down enemy healers. Stacking Judgment grants damage reduction and bonus attack, and continuous DEF reduction means she only gets stronger the longer a fight runs. All modes, late game, sustained DPS
Elizabeth
Elizabeth
SSRFull-team healing, cleansing, and revival for up to two allies. She layers Damage Reduction, Abnormality Resistance, and Final Damage at once, automatically saves allies from burst, and adds CC immunity at Limit Break. All modes, support, healing
Meliodas
Meliodas
SSRCounter-punishes enemy attacks and scales hard at higher awakenings. Demon Form drives heavy offense, his Revenge Counter chips HP repeatedly, and self-healing keeps him alive through long fights.PvP, burst DPS, anti-tank
Constantine
Constantine
SSRHeavy magic damage that can wipe or heavily chip enemy HP pools. She applies All DMG Down to cut enemy output and self-amplifies, and she fits nearly any comp, with Burn setups pushing her damage further. All teams, AoE DPS, PvE
Kogure Sakurai
Kogure Sakurai
SRDelivers teamwide buffs, debuffs, dispels, and damage amplification in one kit. Grants Attackers extra actions to lift overall DPS, and Red Lotus Phoenix Dance adds +15% Final Damage to the whole team.Support, debuffing, all teams
Susie
Susie
SRHer EX Skill ignores 100% DEF, so tanky enemies do not wall her. Resonance Command boosts the team’s highest-ATK Attacker, she targets back-row supports, and her passive adds damage and healing for allies.Support, PvP, DPS

A-tier characters

Strong, dependable picks that anchor most rosters. They usually need a little setup or a specific partner before they peak, which is the only thing keeping them out of S.

SSRTeam healer with cleanse and Spirit Value restoration, plus a 15% EX Skill damage boost while alive. Reliable buffs, but limited personal offense keeps her under Elizabeth.Support, healing, mid game

SSRAoE debuffer that guarantees ATK Down and DEF Down and ignores enemy defense for big burst. EX can turn into a full-team Crit hit, but her DPS depends on Crit consistency.AoE DPS, debuffer

SSROne of the best Burn DPS units, constantly spreading and detonating Burn across the enemy team. Scales well with most comps but needs stacking time to peak.DoT, debuffer, DPS

Norma
SSRSolid healing and teamwide ATK buffs, with Light of Life granting fatal-hit protection. Healing scales through Mark stacks but trails top S-tier healers.Healing, support, PvE, mid game
Koshi

SSRBlack Sun shields the team, buffs defense, and applies Burn to chip enemy HP while healing allies. Most of his value drops off when Black Sun is on cooldown or cleansed.DoT, support, PvE
Parsi
Parsi
SSREvades attacks, shares evasion with allies, and at higher investment survives fatal hits up to twice. Deals Max HP True Damage to attackers after dodging, but lacks AoE for wave clear.Burst DPS, late game, PvP

B-tier characters

Usable in the right team or situation, but each carries a clear drawback. Several here are fine bridge units while you build toward A and S picks.

CharacterRarityWhy this tierBest for
Caesar
Caesar
SSRStrong single-target burst with follow-up hits, plus Lifesteal and Bloodline Frenzy for survival. He sacrifices HP for DPS, leaving him exposed to burst before Frenzy turns on.Burst DPS, late game
Chime Gen
Chime Gen
SSRNightmare debuff gives useful CC and Spirit Value disruption, layering debuffs over a fight. Personal damage is weak and she relies on debuffs landing and chaining.Debuffs, CC
Finger
Finger
SSRDurable frontline with Taunt, self-healing, and a Reflect Rate boost for the team. Low offense for mid game means enemies can often ignore or work around him.Tank, buffs
Shavee
Shavee
SSRBurn-team support that dispels enemy buffs and boosts allied Burn, adding up to 10% ATK against Burn-inflicted enemies. Falls off outside Burn comps and has low personal DPS.DoT, secondary DPS
Anjou
Anjou
SSRSpeed-based scaling against slower targets, with consistent Poison application. Needs a real Speed lead, and Poison is often too slow against burst-heavy enemy teams.DoT, sustained DPS
Zero
Zero
SSRCopies powerful allied EX Skills and grants DEF ignore to allies. His value swings with which ally he copies, and copy chance drops after repeated use.Secondary DPS, secondary support
Osho
Osho
SSRBuilt around dispels and debuffs against buff-heavy enemies, with Bewitching Opera Drum amplifying ally damage. His buffs are mostly single-target, making him a niche fit.Support, mid game, PvE
Nanami Sakurai
Nanami Sakurai
SRGains ATK and DEF buffs during a fight and restores HP between battles. Scaling is weak against top picks and she needs the right team to stay relevant.Burst DPS, self buff
Aki Sakatoku
Aki Sakatoku
SRMid-game support that shields low-HP allies, with Netherlight letting units soak damage. Adds nothing to team damage and is easily replaced by stronger supports.Support, healing, PvE, mid game

Schneider
Schneider

How to reroll for top-tier units

Rerolling is the fastest way to start with a meta carry. The loop is short, so repeat it until you land one of the S-tier picks before locking your account.

Launch the game and sign in as a guest to create a fresh account.
Play through the opening story until the Recruit feature unlocks in the bottom-right corner.
Spend every available pull on the banner.
If no S-tier unit appears, open your profile in the bottom-left corner, go to Settings, and choose Switch Account to return to the Login Page.
Change your server from the Login Page to start a fresh attempt, then repeat from Step 1.

You know it worked when an S-tier character shows up in your roster after pulling. At that point, sync the account to a social login right away to lock in the result. Do not sync before you get an S-tier unit, or you will be stuck with that start.

If you only have room for one early carry, prioritize an Attacker first, then a Defender, then a Supporter, since most early stages clear quickly behind strong DPS. Erii, Elizabeth, Meliodas, Constantine, and Susie all hold their value from the opening hours through the endgame, which makes any of them a worthwhile stopping point for your reroll.
