Broken Blade Sky Spire Farming Guide: Holy Grails, Holy Ore, and New Floors

Sky Spire is the tower-style survival run in Broken Blade where most of your late-game materials come from. It is gated behind Sky Keys, and the rewards that matter only start dropping once you climb past specific floors. If your goal is to stack the rare drops needed for top-tier weapons, the climb depth matters far more than how fast you clear early rooms.

Quick answer: Stockpile Sky Keys (30 per run), enter Sky Spire, and push to at least Floor 61, where the Holy Grail drop rate rises to 5.05% and stays elevated through Floor 100. For Holy Ore, climb to Floor 80 and above.

Sky Spire entry requirements

Every Sky Spire attempt costs 30 Sky Keys at the entrance. Because the valuable drops sit deep in the tower, you want enough keys for several back-to-back runs before you start. Entering with too few keys to reach the drop floors wastes the run entirely.

Sky Keys come from killing regular NPC groups, which drop them at a small rate per kill. A wide-reaching weapon like Dragon Slayer lets you tag more enemies per swing, raising your kills and your key drops per minute. AFK farming also feeds Sky Keys alongside Mythical Chests and Boss Keys. You can launch the dungeon directly inside Broken Blade on Roblox.

Holy Grail drop rates by floor

Holy Grails are the main bottleneck for Excalibur, which needs 100 of them. They only begin dropping from Floor 41 onward. Any run that ends before Floor 41 produces zero Holy Grails, no matter how many floors or bosses you cleared below it.

Floor rangeHoly Grail drop rate
Floor 41-503.45%
Floor 51-603.45%
Floor 61-705.05%
Floor 71-805.05%
Floor 81-905.05%
Floor 91-1005.05%

The takeaway is simple. Floor 61 is the threshold that raises your rate from 3.45% to 5.05%, and it holds at that level all the way to Floor 100. If your build can carry you past Floor 61, do it. The higher rate roughly cuts the number of runs you need to reach 100 Holy Grails.

Holy Ore and other Sky Spire rewards

Holy Ore is the best universal ore and the long-term reason to keep climbing. It replaces Thunder Ore in final weapon builds, but only once you have enough to fully max it. A maxed Thunder setup beats a half-built Holy setup, so do not swap early.

You do not need Floor 100 to start benefiting. Reaching Floor 75 to 90 is already strong for both Holy Grail and Holy Ore farming, and it lines up with Storm Clan rank requirements that ask for Skyspire 75, 80, and 90 milestones.

New Sky Spire floors and the Charon boss

The tower now extends past the old Floor 100 cap into a deeper stretch reaching Floor 200. The Floor 200 climax pits you against a boss named Charon, and the run pays out new item rewards on top of the existing Holy Grail and Holy Ore drops. These floors are tuned for stronger, fully-forged builds, so treat Floor 100 as a checkpoint rather than the finish line.

The fastest Sky Spire farming loop

Farm Sky Keys before you ever enter. Clear NPC groups with an AoE weapon so each fight drops keys at scale, and let AFK sessions add Mythical Chests and more keys overnight. Aim for enough keys to cover several consecutive runs.
Confirm your build can clear past Floor 61 before committing keys. If your damage stalls early, upgrade your ores, finish weapon and skill mastery quests, and push your Soul Forge level. A high Soul Forge weapon clears floors faster than a fresh, unforged one.
Pay the 30 Sky Keys, enter the run, and climb. Hold above Floor 61 for the 5.05% Holy Grail rate, and reach Floor 80 and higher when you are also farming Holy Ore. Repeat runs until you hit your Holy Grail and Holy Ore targets.

Tip: Excalibur and a high-forge Moon Cut both shine here. Excalibur’s wide attacks are ideal for the wave-heavy floors, while a Soul Forge 10 Moon Cut can clear faster than a low-forge Excalibur until the new weapon catches up.

How to confirm your farm is working

You know the run paid off when Holy Grails appear in your rewards after clearing Floor 41 or higher, with more frequent drops once you stay above Floor 61. Holy Ore shows up through Holy Chests and Floor 80+ clears. If you finish a run and see zero Holy Grails, the cause is almost always the same. You ended below Floor 41, or you ran out of keys before reaching the drop floors. Build enough Sky Keys and enough damage to clear past Floor 61, and the rewards become consistent.
