The Treasure Hunt for the Summer Series 2 playlist is tied to the Nangan eastern shore. Look for the small peninsula in the southern part of Nangan, then head to its eastern beach. This is the easternmost point of the whole region, so if you keep driving east until the land runs out, you are in the right area.
For extra orientation, the spot sits northeast of the space center and directly south of the Daikoku Parking Area in Tokyo City. It is also right next to where the Ford GT (2005) Treasure Car appears, so the two often get grabbed together.

Note: If the chest does not appear at the beach, make sure the Summer Series 2 playlist is the one currently active. Only the live week’s Treasure Hunt is accessible, so a chest from a different season will not be on the map.
