Fischfest 2 Bestiary in Fisch: All 34 Fish, Baits, and Catch Conditions

Every limited catch in the summer event, with the bait, weather, season, and time you need to log each one.

Every limited catch in the summer event, with the bait, weather, season, and time you need to log each one.

Fischfest 2 dropped a summer-themed island into Fisch packed with 34 limited-time entries, and clearing the whole bestiary means juggling the right bait, weather, time of day, and season for each one. Most of these only bite during Summer, and several lock behind specific weather like Tropical Sun, Foggy, or Windy. Get those conditions lined up and the catches come quickly.

Quick answer: Catch all 34 fish in the waters around Fischfest 2 Island, reached through the purple Fischfest 2 Clam next to the Moosewood leaderboard. Match each entry’s required bait and weather while playing in Summer, switch servers to force the weather you need, and the bestiary fills in as you reel them in.

How to reach Fischfest 2 Island in Fisch

Head to Moosewood, the starter island. The Fischfest 2 Clam sits right beside the leaderboard. If you are out on the water, sail to coordinates (350, 135, 250) to find it.
Touch the pink clam. It teleports you straight to Fischfest 2 Island, where every event fish lives in the surrounding water.
Once you have completed at least 50% of the bestiary, the Magical Conch unlocks as a fast-travel option. After that you can warp to the island from anywhere instead of returning to Moosewood each time.

Every entry below is fishable in the waters around the island. “Any” means the column has no requirement, so any bait, weather, or time will do as long as you meet the others. The three relics ignore season entirely, while everything else needs Summer.

Dedicated pools and beach pickups

A few entries have their own fishing spots rather than spawning across the whole shoreline. Chillin’ Crab bites at the dedicated pool at GPS (-24727, 2595, -4515), and Crabby Coconut has its own pool at (-24021, 2594, -4244). Both still need Tropical Fruit Mix and their listed weather.

Several collectibles don’t even need a rod. Beach Bucket, Beach Towel, Designer Shades, Disposable Camera, Lemonade, Plastic Shovel, Portable Fan, Sand Fort, Slushy, Sunscreen Spray, Tanning Oil, and Umbrella Urchin can all be picked up off the beach coast or pulled in through fishing. Walking the shore is often faster than waiting for them on the line.

Use Tropical Sun weather to speed things up

Tropical Sun is the event’s exclusive weather and it only appears during the day. It grants a 9× Luck boost and adds a chance for the Beached, Paradise, Tropical, and Super-Tanned mutations. It cannot be skipped with a Totem, so when it rolls in, that’s your window for BBQ Bass, Chillin’ Crab, Flameslasher, Lifeguard Lobster, Picnic Pufferfish, Sunslasher, and Tanning Trout.

Note: Because every entry is limited, keep a stocked bag of Magnet, Tropical Fruit Mix, Cotton Candy Pieces, Coral Pearl, and Icy Fisch’n Dots so you never miss a weather window. Hopping servers to find Tropical Sun, Foggy, Windy, or Rain is the fastest way to knock out the weather-locked fish.

How to know the bestiary is complete

Each new species registers in your Fischfest 2 bestiary the moment you reel it in, so progress is easy to track as you tick entries off. Hitting the halfway mark unlocks the Magical Conch teleport, which is a clear sign you are 50% through. Once all 34 entries are logged, the bestiary shows 100% completion. If a fish refuses to bite, the cause is almost always a mismatch in bait, weather, time of day, or being outside Summer rather than the spot itself.
