The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales hands out 44 achievements across its four Ages, and most of them pile up while you play through Elliot’s roughly 30-hour journey. The trophy list breaks down to one platinum, four gold, six silver, and 33 bronze, with 23 of them marked hidden. The trouble spots are predictable. They sit in the collectibles, the optional side quests, and the three different endings.
Quick answer: Finish the main story for every Age-related trophy, grind 200 kills with each weapon (100 for bombs), collect all 50 cats, every weapon, accessory, and manuscript, max out your vitality and Magicite, then play through the bad, good, and true endings. Earning all 43 other achievements unlocks the platinum, A Millennial Adventure.

Story and Age progression trophies you cannot miss
A large chunk of the list takes care of itself. Reaching each Age fires a trophy automatically, so The Strange Doorway, A Devastated World (Age of Reconstruction), A Prosperous Nation (Age of Magic), and Where Wisdom Will Bud (Age of Budding) all pop as you advance. The same goes for A Shield Restored when you fix the Moonmirror, and Inheritor of Nomutota when you pick up the Mystic Seal. First Generation, your first Magicite, comes early since the Magicite maker shows up in every town.
Wisdom Revealed is also unmissable because every fairy power Faie learns is needed to progress, so simply finishing the game grants it. The optional twin, Wisdom Mastered, is the one to watch. It requires upgrading every fairy power at the optional shrines, which appear clearly on the map once you reveal each Age.

The weapon mastery trophies are pure repetition. You need 200 kills each with the sword, boomerang, spear, chain and sickle, hammer, and bow, plus 100 kills with bombs. Faie’s own attacks need 30 finishing blows for Fighting Fairy. Swap your main weapon to whatever you still need and farm. The Temple of Trials is the most efficient place to rack up kills.
Two rare enemies require extra care. Reaper of Ruin asks you to kill a Red Lizkit, a dark-aura enemy that demands clean parry timing. Monster of Fortune wants a Jewelrie, a jewel-covered enemy that flees fast, so you likely need upgraded weapons and a strong Magicite build to drop it before it escapes. For Smooth Fighting, chaining 30 bonus drops is far easier with the Lotus Chain accessory, which lets you take one hit per chain level without breaking the streak.

Magicite and vitality requirements
In Search of Ultimate Magicite needs a single 5-star Magicite, which is luck-based but becomes inevitable as you level the Magicite maker and pour in shards. Professor of Magicite goes further and wants the maximum form rank, so expect heavy investment and long enemy chains or Temple of Trials runs to grind the materials.
Vitality is its own track. Overflowing Vitality pops on your first increase, and Great Radiance of Life needs vitality level 10. Each point of vitality costs 4 Shards of Life, so finding all the Shards in the world directly feeds Elliot’s health upgrades.
Collectible trophies: cats, weapons, accessories, manuscripts
This is where the bulk of the planning lives. Katzenmeister requires all 50 cats. Before that, Kitty Came A-Calling asks for a single friendly cat to visit the orphanage, which means feeding a cat food it loves across several visits until it warms up, since cats fill up before they befriend you.
Weapons split into two trophies. Arms Master unlocks when you own the first of each of the 8 weapon types, while Weapons Collector needs every single 1-star, 2-star, and 3-star weapon in the game. Accessory Collector covers every accessory, and finishing all side quests plus the true ending generally fills out that set. History’s Tapestry wants every manuscript, marked in the world by glowing orbs, so search every corner of each Age.

Side quests, Hero’s Trial, and the three endings
Problem Solver needs one side quest, Leave It to Me needs 15, and A Reliable Adventurer needs all of them. Quests open up as the story moves, and some are time-limited, so clear them as they appear rather than saving them for later. Practice Perfect asks you to clear all of Faie’s magic lessons, the practice sequences you can replay from the menu after learning a power.
The game has three endings, and you need all three. As Long As Any Hope Remains is the bad ending, The Peace in Which We Walk is the good ending, and At the Thousand-Year Journey’s End is the true ending, which requires specific story choices. Cardinal Hero ties into the endgame too, since the Hero’s Trial only becomes available at the Temple of Trials during the true ending’s endgame. Earn everything and A Millennial Adventure, the platinum, locks in.

You will know the platinum has triggered the moment A Millennial Adventure pops, which only happens after all 43 other achievements are confirmed. Because the bad, good, and true endings are separate trophies, keep a save before the final story choices so you can replay for each path rather than starting a fresh run. Finish the collectibles and the weapon grind during your story playthrough, and the only real work left at the end is the true-ending route and the Hero’s Trial.
